By now we know, our hands are the first to show signs of age. But that doesn’t mean you can slather on the anti-aging hand cream and ignore the rest of your body. Marie Veronique Organics has formulated this lush all-over oil potent antioxidants with essential fatty acids that hydrate and firm skin. It sinks in immediately and, thanks to natural grapefruit and lavender oils, leaves skin sweetly scented.
I liked the way the oil smelled but I thought it was way to thin and my skin didn't really feel as moisturized as it does after using other oils ( Jojoba, Coconut, Avocado etc.) I definitely think it is not worth the price since much cheaper oils offer much more moisture, and if you are looking for more of a scent you could always add some essential oils to it.3
My skin is really dry in the colder weather so I was pretty pumped about trying out this product. I thought the texture was okay and it did sink in quickly and wasn't sticky. However, I did not like the smell at all. It smelled like fresh cut grass...which I don't really want to smell like. The smell did go away after a little while. I didn't really notice my skin feeling real smooth afterwards...maybe with regular use? I probably won't purchase the full size of this product.3
I liked the way the oil moisturized my skin and made it soft. However, smell for me is a big seller and I wasn't a fan of how it smelled. Otherwise, it's a decent product.3
I wanted to really love this b/c I have been looking for a decent body oil for the colder months. This was good, but not great. I would have liked better absorption, I felt a little like it stayed on the skin's surface a bit much. I had to wait a few moments to dress b/c I felt a bit moist. The scent is natural and light. I would rate this product a straight B.3
not sure why it's called "anti-aging." it's an oil and i would never apply it to my face. the consistency is more watery than baby oil. not a big fan of oil body moisturizers; prefer lotion. also, the smell is a little peculiar- kind of musty/spicy/citrus.3
This product has a strong scent. Almost like some kind of spices that you would cook with. The lavender is overpowering. I found it did not work well on my hands, but it did ok on my feet.2
The smell of this oil is awesome and I would almost use it just for that, but my experience was that it didn't absorb very quickly, and once it did I still felt I needed lotion.2
The product made me sneeze and the scent was not that appealing to me.2
I love body oils, but this one just smelled nasty. I mean it's a green scent, like cut grass or leaves that have been rolled in your hand. Not a sexy scent for sure. As far as oil goes, it's no different than any other body oil. I hated the scent of it so I just used it on my feet to soften my heels. It worked fine for that.2
I received this as sample in my October box, and while I liked it, I honestly wasn't in love. I use body oils regularly (especially in the wintertime!) but I wasn't crazy about the scent or the texture of this one. It felt a bit thin to me, and the scent was a bit medicinal. Body oils are one of my favorite parts of my routine (I feel so pampered!) but this one didn't really do it for me.2
