Sandal season and dry winters both have detrimental effects on our feet. Luckily, this double-duty file and smoother keeps our soles looking spiffy and feeling soft. A magnetic design stores both tools together and makes it easy to file off dead skin and buff to a smooth finish. A handy compartment even catches all of the shavings for easy cleanup. Anyone up for a game of footsie?
I use this weekly on my dry cracked heals. I live by the beach and am always barefoot or in flip flops. My heels have a tendency to always by dry, no matter how much I moisturize them. Five minutes with this while I'm in the shower, and the dry cracks are gone. Lather up with some thick moisturizer and my heels are like new.5
I've always had one bad foot. One looks perfect, sandal ready at all times. The other...well, NOW the other is too! This tool is awesome. I only had to use the grater half once, and I use the buffer part about every other day. Followed by some foot cream or coconut oil and my feet both look incredible. I'm in shock. I get to be "one of those people" with soft heels, no peels or dryness. Me! :)5
I've wasted so much money on foot files, it's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure this is the last foot file I'll ever buy, because it works so well. My feet now feel like my four month old grandson's feet -literally. It only took one use, with little effort, and now my feet feel amazing. Oh, I don't get those fancy professional pedicures, and I hate wearing shoes and socks, so my feet were pretty bad.5
I am a bit of a freak about my feet and I have had great experience with other Tweezerman products so I was excited to try this product and it did not fail to impress. It has two sides but if you already take care of your feet, the smoother is more than adequate for the job. It is easy to hold in your hand, easy to use and hugely effective. Plus, it's cute and practical design is much more attractive in the shower than your standard foot tool. love it!5
Both parts of this tool are awesome - I used these when my heels were dry and this tool refined them just enough and not too much (which you usually find out *after* shaving your calluses down). The buffer is also very effective and I love that these store together magnetically. The only downside to this tool is that the shavings don't stay in the compartment - tipping it one way or the other releases the fine shavings easily but I expect to clean up after myself when buffing my calluses anyway. Very happy with my purchase!5
I've been looking for a foot buffer for a while now and as soon as it came I had to try it out and it worked wonders on my feet. I had such calloused feet and one session with the Tweezerman Sole Mates made them incredibly soft, I would suggest your favorite lotion afterward since it'll keep them softer longer.5
I workout barefoot and walk everywhere, so my feet are constantly paying the price. This produce was a wonderful purchase- I usually use every few weeks right after a hot shower. Gets the job done and results last for weeks.5
The sole mates have been a HUGE addition to my home pedi routine. That is to say, I now have one! The balance between the scraper and the sanding allows me to soak and get my heels totally smooth - which I hadn't been able to do before.
I run a lot and hate getting my calluses taken off by an over zealous pedicurist - this avoids that without leaving me with disgusting feet.
My feet were getting really out of control. My heels were super callused, but in like a disgusting crumbly, flaky way, and I had dry skin peeling off all over the place. This thing worked wonders on shaving the dead skin off and smoothing my feet out. I use this after I shower and before I put on foot lotion. The skin comes off in a little compartment that collects the shavings, which is gross but also fascinating. For real, this thing gets it done. I love it.5
I like the design of this tool- the 2 halfs magnetically click them together, and the pink side has a reservoir underneath the cheese-grater-like side. Call me gross... but I have a feeling of satisfaction emptying out my callous gratings... I haven't used any other foot smoothing tools besides a pumice stone, so I can't speak to how sharp it is compared to other products. Let's just say my feet had been sorely neglected and this more than stood up to filing down my hooves...5
