Every once in a while, we go a bit overboard with the mascara, giving us a case of spider lashes. This portable lash comb makes it a snap to comb out clumps. The folding design keeps the teeth clean and protected, and also makes it makeup bag-friendly.
I was excited to get this but it takes some practice. I stabbed myself in the eye with the metal comb and that's scared me away from it for now.1
I really wanted to like this product like everybody else seems to, but I don't. I find a clean mascara wand does a much better job of getting rid of mascara clumps than this lashcomb. Very disappointing and a waste of money.2
I like this product, just I do not use it as much as I should. I often forget about it. Good thing it is bright pink!3
Although the Tweezerman lashcomb has the most tiny, well defining lash separators, the plastic body is not durable. After a couple days, and a couple rounds of cleaning, the comb portion came out of the plastic. I super-glued it back in place, but after more use, the hinge broke. I don't know why it was so fragile. I hope that Tweezerman will upgrade this product so that it has the sturdiness I have come to love from their tweezers.3
My lashes are short and I caught my eyelid a few times while using this. It really hurts when you do that. Be careful!!!!!3
So I'm really over trying to clean up the mascara goop, this is the answer! It also really helps for just straightening out your lashes naturally.4
I really hate clumpy mascaras, & some keep clumping even after you've owned & been blotting them a while. A tool like this is indispensable for getting rid of excess goop. It's great that it folds up, too. My only suggestion would be to make one that includes a brush as well as a comb. Still, this does the job pretty well.4
Good to have around when your mascara is not working with you...takes a few tries to get the hang of it. Nice to have when you want to take a few extra steps for those special occasions.4
The one thing I hate applying is mascara! I get so annoyed when my mascara clumps. I have yet to find a great mascara that separates my lashes so, I decided to give this comb a try. It has definitely helped and made applying mascara less annoying. I don't feel that it has totally helped separate my lashes, but has helped a great deal! I have to note that I am very picky when it comes to my lashes!4
I normally just use a safety pin to try and separate my lashes but I saw this & decided that for 11 dollars I would try it. Works wonderfully and so much faster than using a safety pin!!! Great buy.4
