There are many reasons to love this best selling cleanser, but we’ll limit ourselves to three: it dissolves makeup, clears up breakouts, and balances skin’s natural pH. The daily wash is gentle enough for sensitive and irritation-prone complexions, and rinses away completely—no need for toner! Whoops, was that more than three reasons?
I loved the smell and smoothness of this cleanser but my skin did not tolerate it very well. I started breaking out after using this one time. This is not surprising for me. I guess I have senstive/picky skin.2
smelled pretty good and felt very refreshing on my face but I don't really use face cleansers would not buy on my own2
I suffer from extra dry skin in the winter, and this just made it worse. It might work for normal or oilier skin, just not for me. Smelled good though!2
I wanted to love this face wash because I love all things grapefruit but this face wash made my face feel dry and itchy. It could be a reaction due to switching washes so frequently when new samples arrive but this did not work for me.2
Had a nice ans subtle scent that didn't stick around all day. My issue is that my forehead and nose felt oily again around midday after using first thing in the morning. Also, it didn't lather as much as I'd like, and you have to use so much to get your whole face. No thanks2
I wanted to love this product but was very surprised at how it dried out my face and chest to the point of stinging and peeling. Maybe I used to much? It smells great and is very light, but is just too harsh for my skin.2
Don't think this product is anything special. My face was red after using, could mean the chemistry between my face and the product weren't compatible. Also didn't make a dent in removing my eye makeup.2
This wash did not get foamy enough for me, but perhaps it was because the sample size was so small. I still have one stashed away for travel, but I won't be buying the full size. I did like the grapefruit smell, though.2
I LOVE Malin & Goetz products and wanted to love this facewash, but it was just too harsh. I have combination/oily skin and had been using La Roche Posay's Effaclar foaming wash previously and think I may go back to it. My skin got so dry after using this product that I started slathering on cream, and then it broke out. Not pretty.2
The smell of this face wash is so wonderful, very fresh, but not overpowering or fake chemically scented. I have combination skin, and so this product is a little too strong for me, but for anyone with more heavily blemish prone skin, it seems that it would work very well.2
