This triple-threat cleanser from (MALIN + GOETZ) dissolves dirt and oil, clears acne, and balances skin’s pH. The amino acid-based foaming gel taps naturally antibacterial grapefruit to prevent blemishes and exfoliate, while hydrating glycerin and sodium pca leave your complexion soft, not taut. It’s gentle enough for sensitive skin, and rinses away completely—no need for toner. (So...quintuple-threat?)
It took myself and husband two days to get the cap off. seemed like it was super-glued on.1
Too harsh and drying for my sensitive skin. I found it to be just a bit too much for everyday use.1
This face wash is horrible for my sensitive skin yet I keep getting samples of it. I suspect the grapefruit in it might be making my skin more irritated as I've read that some citrus ingredients can do that. Either way, I wouldn't recommend this.1
It's OK. Nothing special. Made my skin feel kinda dry and wasn't luxurious to use like other cleaners such as the fresh brand. Won't buy.1
I cleanse my face nightly with a cleanser. I received my birch box and decided to try the enclosed cleanser. After washing my face it did not feel clean nor did it break up my make up. I ended up cleansing again with my product.1
As soon as I applied this product on my face, I felt skin irritation. I am not interested in using this product again.1
It's an ok product but I don't like the smell so I wouldn't choose to purchase this.1
I love, love the smell of grapefruit so I was excited to try this cleanser. What a massive disappointment. It had an overwhelming chemical odor-- it smelled like vinyl. Not something I want to wash my face with.1
To begin with the packaging was one of the most difficult to open. The tube simply collapsed as I tried to twist the cap. Then the product was slimy, almost like aloe. I am a huge fan of grapefruit, but even the smell let me down. There is a faint smell of citrus, but primarily it smells like furniture polish or paint thinner. I definately could have skipped the experience of trying this sample.1
While I did really like the smell of this product (it really does smell like grapefruits), I didn't find it effective. I found that my face still broke out, and actually caused me to get ache.1
