Oribe, hair stylist to the fabulous, knows that you have to give color-treated hair special attention. He's designed an ultragentle shampoo that effectively cleanses without stripping away any of that gorgeous color -- while also delivering repairing ingredients that help tresses stay healthy. Fruit-based bioflavanoids help to keep color bright and true, while moisture-storing baobab tree extract helps to rehydrate tresses. A potent combination of edelweiss flower, kaempferia galanga root, and watermelon extracts protects hair from discoloration, fading, and drying.
I was a bit put off by the ugly brown bottle with bad 80's gold typography, but it is a great shampoo.5
I have really long hair so I got one use out of the sample. I can't tell if it made a difference or not, I wish the sample was big enough to get a few uses so I could see if there was big enough change.4
I don't think the sample was large enough to provide an adequate assessment of the quality of the product.3
This was just too cloying. The high fragrance was an absolute turn off. Smelled like perfume, not clean and fresh.1
I didn't like the smell. Everything else was okay.3
I don't think the sample was enough to get the full effect, but I used it about 3 times and I liked it. However, not thrilled enough to buy the full bottle.4
This worked pretty well and smelled wonderful. I don't have color-treated hair, so I can't really say whether or not it had an effect on that.4
I always heard of this brand but never tried any of it. This does help in making your damaged color treated hair healthy again. locks in and prolongs your length of hair color5
You know how some shampoos (especially at hotels) leaves your hair feeling stripped/dry. This shampoo is the opposite -- and it smells lovely. However, I didn't really see a big difference between this and my normal drugstore brand (besides the packaging) -- but I have pretty low maintenance hair (despite color treatments).3
Product seems nice, I have very long thick hair so I only got one use, not enough to give the best review because as far as shampoos go, it's best to use them several times to make a good opinion, especially with a shampoo for color treated hair.4
