Our brows need a lot of maintenance, but we don’t always have the time to schedule in regular tweezing, waxing, or threading sessions. In between appointments, we keep our arches looking polished with Benefit’s best selling High Brow. This soft pink-toned pencil conceals any stray hairs while defining brows and illuminating the entire eye area. Tip: you can also dab a bit into the inner corner of your eyes to look wide awake.
This pencil is like a magic want for my arches. It goes on very bright but blends very easily. I love it!5
This is one of those cosmetic items you never knew you "needed" until you have used it. It's just a medium sized light pink pencil, somewhere between a matte and a satin. The product is firm enough to avoid a mess, but it is definitely soft enough to make application and blending easy. Just a thin line directly beneath the brow, blended out, lends just the slightest lift and brightness. It really looks nice and actually does disguise those few brow hairs you probably missed while tweezing. Love it. I would repurchase it, but I think this will last a long time. A little on the inner corner of the eye also helps brighten everything if you are having a lazy, mascara-only day.5
I wax my brows and I don't always make my appointments in a timely manner. In between this product hides any strays too short to pluck. I also love the highlight effect it offers and i actually put a shimmer eyeshadow overtop to really accentuate the brow bone, it helps this eyeshadow to last5
I really like this product. It is perfect for taming your brows when you in between waxes! It gives arches nice definition and can conceal stray hairs.3
I use it on those mornings after taking call for the hospital. I put it on the lower rim of my eyes and the inside corners. Definitely makes me look more awake!5
I love the way this pencil makes my eyes look bright and open. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I find that I have to blend and blend to get it to look natural. But the results are beautiful. Another staple in my makeup arsenal.4
I bought this product using Birchbox points, and I have absolutely no regrets. I was nervous at first that the pinky tone of the product wouldn't blend with my skin, but it looks great on me (and my mother!). It does a great job and brightening under the brow. I didn't notice any concealment of stray hairs like the description says, but I'll have to pay more attention to that aspect as I wear it more. Overall, I'm very pleased!5
I love this product and I think it delivers what it says it does. However, how is this different from the eye bright pencil? I have used both and I like both, but they seem pretty much exactly the same to me!3
I had a Benefit pencil once that the Benefit saleswoman called a "nap in a stick". It was a pencil that looks very much like this, and was great for creating an "awake" look. The pencil went on smooth and was easy to blend. I can't find that pencil any longer, but I was hopeful that I'd get something close with this. It's pretty good, and it does help hide some of those errant brow hairs. But, for the other uses, I have to blend it pretty severely with a brush. It works well enough to keep using, but I don't think I'll be rebuying this one.4
This lovely pencil delivers just the touch of color that I want on my brow and in the inner corner (fovea) of my eye. It's such a nice soft pencil, I enjoy using it instead of some others that are more pigmented and a harder consistency that would NOT work in my fovea, because only the soft application works to make me look more awake without pulling my skin to cause more wrinkles. As for covering my brow hairs, I have them waxed by my hair stylist every other visit or eight weeks. I have very short hair so in a matter of two minutes she has my brows perfect and the best trick of all is she dyes them to match my hair so no need for colored pencils for my eyebrows!5
