Take a peek in nearly any makeup artists kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult favorite Lait-Crème Concentré. Since we're just as picky as the pros, you'd better believe we're fans too. This velvety moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. It's rich without being heavy, and can be used on all skin types. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and baby cream. Who says beauty isn't practical?
I used it on my toddler and baby instead. They have really dry skin and it worked well to hydrate but wasn't thick or greasy.3
Although I was not a fan of the fragrance, it does go on nice and smoothly. Perfect layer before my foundation or bronzer.3
This was a great moisturizer. I love how silky it made my skin feel after putting it on. It is a great product to add to my normal beauty routine.3
This product is a cult favorite for a reason. Rich and hydrating, this is a must have for anyone who has dry or dehydrated skin. The price tag is rather high though.3
Purchased to keep in my travel kit but will not replace it when I run out. I do have fairly dry skin and especially so in the winter, but this just wasn't up to the task. Packaging on the other hand is a 5 for being recyclable. Smells good, and goes on nicely. Effects just didn't last very long.3
I ordered this product because I was looking for a thicker face cream for evening/nighttime. I am just not very impressed with this! It is pretty thick and I would not call it "velvety" or "silky." I don't know it just didn't do anything for my skin :/3
It's fine...but that was it for me. I might appreciate it more if my skin was in a drying crisis situation, but no miracle rejuvenation or crazy results.3
I liked the product! It was a little thick but most moisturizing products are (that's how you know they work). I wish the instructions/ingredients weren't in French, but that might just be the sample size that does that.3
I liked this moisturizer for the harsh winter months when my skin felt especially dry. I have combination skin, with my t-zone prone to being oily and my cheeks prone to dryness, so I tended to use this moisturizer only in my dry areas, as it was fairly thick/heavy. It is scented, so that is something for those with sensitive skin to be aware of.3
Doesn't seem to do anything amazing. It goes on like a thicker lotion but I can't tell any real difference afterwards.3
