We love the sexy bedhead look, but our hair rarely looks hot right after we roll out of bed in the morning. That’s why we’re totally obsessed with this volumizing spray from celebrity stylist Oscar Blandi. All we have to do is lift sections of hair while spraying it from ends to roots, and voila! We’ve got sultry, tousled strands in less time than it takes to get a vanilla soymilk latte en route to the office.
It smells great and applies easily. Sadly, the wear is subpar. It made my hair feel like straw and look super dried out. The volume was great - but the dried-out-look made it not worth it.2
I was excited about this product, but it left my hair stiff and sticky. Won't be using the rest of the bottle.2
My hair is very thick and I guess it's already "beachy" so this product didn't do much except make it feel stiff and dirty, even on the second day with no wash. My hair is also oily and I can't go more than two days without shampooing, but this didn't help a whole lot, my hair stayed kind of flat the second day.2
I'm not entirely sure I like this product. It kinda just went on and didn't do much. I have thick hair and it didn't seem like it kept the volume.2
I thought Oscar Blandi Texture & Volume spray would ad some good life and dimension to my second-day hair that I was putting into a pony tail. I applied as instructed (from ends of hair to roots) at the crown of my head, but I didn't see much of anything at all happen. It seems to be just like any other hair spray. I've had dry shampoos that add more volume to my hair. The smell of the product deffinitely was not my favorite. Nothing pleasant in the smell at all - just a chemical scent. I'll try this sample one more time before writing it off completely, but I'm defeintely not planning on purchasing this product.
It was nothing special to me, I never use hairspray because I hate the texture of my hair after use. It does the same old shield hair that is too stiff... I like my hair to flow and be soft2
I have thin, oily hair and this product not only made my hair frizzy, but also made it sticky and unmanagable. Not my favorite product.2
I personally don't like sprays as it tends to clump up my hair. This was an ok product. It gave some volume, but the way it left my hair after was not very pleasing.2
This product made my hair feel like straw. I use dry shampoo occassionally but this product was way too heavy for my hair. I do have fine, thinner hair so maybe this would work better for someone with thicker, more textured hair.2
As dry shampoos go, this one is pretty good. I am very picky about my stuff due to my very oily hair. This one doesn't do it for me though, but I do recommend it to others who have less oily hair. I prefer Oscar Blandi's white powder.2
