Lip gloss vs. lipstick? It’s a debate that never gets old. While we love a bold, matte lipstick, we can’t deny the sheer, easy finish of gloss. Cargo’s new lip gloss—which comes in gorgeous hues like Big Sur, a mauve rose, and a shimmery pink called Woodstock—delivers the brilliant shine of a gloss, plus the long-lasting color of a lipstick. Bonus: It also keeps lips hydrated all day long.
I found this to be rather thick and heavy on my lips. Gorgeous color, but for me the texture was all off.3
I have plenty of lipglosses, this one wasn't really any different. I might've liked it more if it was a more unique or trendy color.3
I have never heard of this brand until Birchbox. I liked this lipgloss because it wasn't sticky and stayed on for a decent period of time. I also liked how it left a tint on my lips after it had worn odd.3
I loved the shade and consistency of this lipgloss. It's very moisturizing and feels great on. The scent ruined it for me, though. Such a shame because I adore the product otherwise.3
This just isn't my thing, I prefer a translucent lip gloss so that I don't have to apply it perfectly. The nude shade did nothing for my coloring. I liked the scent and the texture was smooth, I just didn't care for the color aspect.3
I really liked the feel of the lipgloss, however the color was lacking.3
This lip gloss had a smooth application and it was not too glossy. But it does have a strong weird smell to it that was a turn off.3
I liked the color and shine but the texture was kind of tacky and thick and didn't look very natural. Maybe I will try it over some lipstick and see how it does.3
The Cargo lipgloss in May's box was good. It was a neutral color, which I liked. I would buy it if I didn't like my other lipgloss better.3
Lip gloss was not sticky and had great consistency but the color did absolutely nothing for me. I might try to find it in another color.3
