Lip gloss vs. lipstick? It’s a debate that never gets old. While we love a bold, matte lipstick, we can’t deny the sheer, easy finish of gloss. Cargo’s new lip gloss—which comes in gorgeous hues like Big Sur, a mauve rose, and a shimmery pink called Woodstock—delivers the brilliant shine of a gloss, plus the long-lasting color of a lipstick. Bonus: It also keeps lips hydrated all day long.
Really like the texture and scent of this gloss. I received it in the Route 66 color, which was not right for my darker skin, but I like the formula enough to dry a different color. Love Cargo products!4
This lip gloss has a strong chemical flavor and leaves an unpleasant after taste after use.1
The Lipgloss was a great shade for summer, subtle, nice shine. I like that it doesn't clump on the lips.4
I lied the formula of this gloss- yet the color is not my shade, It dosn't match the inside lip color of my mouth. I LOVE the formula, not to stiky, and very velvet.4
I have blonde hair and olive skin and I LOVE this gloss. Its the perfect gloss and it even hydrates my lips!!5
Overall, this product is pretty great! It isn't sticky, and it's very pigmented. It's a perfect for summer, and really makes your lips pop! The shimmer is great, but not overpowering. The color range is nice, and overall, it's a great product!4
Big negatives: didn't last long on my dry lips and a very chemically smell and taste to it. Positives: Route 66 is a cute sheer color on me and not too sticky. However, due to the taste and smell, I will not be purchasing.3
I liked the glossy look, but more importantly I liked the feel of the gloss4
I liked this gloss! It was a pretty color, it smelled nice, and it was long-lasting. The overall quality of the brand is great, and I'd definitely like to see what other colors they make.4
I found this to be rather thick and heavy on my lips. Gorgeous color, but for me the texture was all off.3
