We know you’ve had the same raggedy keychain for about a decade. Take it from us: it’s time for an upgrade. Consider a streamlined, minimalist option like Baggu’s Loop Keychain. Made of quality milled leather cut from scraps left over from Baggu’s leather bags, this made-in-NYC keychain ups your sustainable game and offers a sleek way to keep your keys handy.
I agree with the prior negative reviews - this is not anywhere close to the quality expected. Yes, it's only a $16 keychain, but it's really really bad. Poppy is a bright, neon-but-not-in-a-cute-way orange, it's not dyed all the way through, and it doesn't even feel like leather. Definitely going back.1
Not as great as I expected. The poppy was a bright neon, and it wasn't dyed all the way through. This is going back.1
After reading the positive reviews for this key chain I can only conclude that they have changed the materials used in this product. One reviewer states the leather is supple. Nothing could be further from the truth. The leather is stiff and bends poorly. The sides pucker at the seam from being bent. It comes to you unlooped; so you have to fight to get a small hole to fit around a knob in order to form the loop pictured. In doing so some of the plastic-y film scraped off. The color is almost neon "poppy" which I could overlook if it were actually dyed leather instead of film covered leather. I am very disappointed with this key chain and will look into returning it.1
I love the simple design of the keychain, but the quality is horrible. I ordered the keychain in poppy, and the leather is plasticky and flat with no texture and the stitching is too tight and is causing the leather to pucker. It's nothing like the pouch that I have from Baggu which is quite nice.1
I ordered this in fig. The color is a deep, deep plum...almost brown. It definitely does NOT look like the color on the website. Also, it was very difficult to attach the loop onto the peg. It really took some significant force. The leather is soft however, and it will be useful. Just not as cute as I was expecting. Oh well...2
To be honest, I kind of regret this purchase. The strap is far too long for me to use (I like to keep my keys in my pocket), so I have been considering passing it along as a gift...but everyone I can think of drives and has expressed annoyance at keychains that bang against their knees while they drive! Meh.2
This is a really cute keychain, but the hole that keeps it looped stretched out really fast somehow and now I can't get it to stay together.3
Loved the fun gold color of this loop. Unfortunately, mine fell off, but I think the button closure wore due to overuse. Considering a replacement because it made my keys easier to find without making them clunky.4
This is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I would change is that it is so hard to get the metal thing through the leather!4
I've had this on my keychain for over a year now and I still love it. It's dirty and old now but still in great shape! No cracking to the leather at all! I don't regret this product. I just wish I could get another...5
