These are not the bobby pins of your grade school years. (Unless you came of age in a parallel universe with much better hair accessories, in which case we want to hear all about it.) Jane Tran’s eye-catching bobby pins, in bright patterns and colors, are made to stand out. Slightly wider and sturdier than the typical hairpin, they’ll keep your hair in place all day.
I don't know why I thought these would be bigger. They are just regular bobby pins coated with bright enamel. I'm not disappointed though, they are super cute! I will get a ton of use out of them.4
These are totally adorable, but theyre a bit big for my liking and I found hard to get out of my hair. Like I said, super cute...just didn't work for me!3
Since these don't have any ridges and are very tight, I find it very hard to put it and hold as a regular bobby pin would. I have to use regular bobby pins to hold in the hair and maybe put one of these in as an accent. It definitely doesn't hold the hair very well on it's own.2
I put some regular bobby pins in my hair today and the difference as startling! Something about the way Jane Tran pins conform to the shape of my head makes them far superior to anything else on the market.5
These are ok. Nothing crazy great. Color is fun, otherwise same as drugstore brand quality wise. Hefty price for color/design.3
These are great for pulling back rogue hair and add a bit of style at the same time. I'm considering buying in other colors.5
...and tiny. So your hair doesn't scream "hey, check me out...got somethin' in here!" They are good for holding back bangs. I have curly hair with lots of product and so hair in my face messes up my glasses. These are a great/cute solution.4
I constantly wear my bangs pulled back and these are now my go to bobby pins. I had the metallic colors which go with anything...!5
Super cute must have instead of the boring basic bobby pins and a bit more sturdy for thicker hair -- the metallic colors are pretty and would match a bunch of different hair colors.5
These pins are super cute and they aren't like anything that I already have. I am an avid hairpin user, since my long bangs get in the way a lot, I am always having to pin up the sides of my heavy, thick hair. I think I use these in particular mostly for the style factor, because one/two of these pins won't hold up my bangs alone. I put in a few black ones for a sure hold and then top it off with these little pops of color (which I love!). All in all, I'm glad I have them, they make my regular routine a little bit more fun, and they'll match with anything I wear. I'm actually wearing the coral ones right now :)4
