After the wine’s been drained and your dinner guests depart, it’s time to tackle that sink full of china. Make the chore more enjoyable with this fragrant dish soap, which adds a touch of luxury. Made with ethically-sourced soap bark and aloe vera gel, each cleanser is formulated to leave dishes sparkling and hands soft. Plus, the modern packaging looks straight out of a spread in a design magazine.
A small amount goes a long way. A powerful yet gentle cleanser that takes on even the toughest jobs with ease. Great for quick washes and large pots and pans.5
I have been using Caldrea products exclusively in my home for over 15 years. This dishwashing soap is very bit as effective as the chemical containing brands others have mentioned, but it is gentle on the environment, is ethical, and leaves my entire kitchen smelling delightfully fresh. These scents take away the drudgery of washing dishes by hand. Although I too was most of my dishes in the dishwasher, I sometimes squeeze a big of Caldrea dish soap and hot water into the kitchen sink, then run the disposal for several seconds just to brighten up the room. I highly recommend all the scents, although I personally find the Mandarin Vetiver scent to be on the bitter side.5
the scent is so refreshing. it certainly makes the washing up experience much better. bonus is that it's natural. will be trying other scents in the future.4
this is making me love to do the dishes!! i bought the mandarin one so far, its incredible. i have the neroli sea salt in the hand lotion, its the best scent i have ever smelled in a hand lotion to date. going to buy them all and see what i love the most (prob sea salt;) works to clean the dishes so far..4
As well as smelling nice and offering really cute packaging to class up my kitchen, this soap is surprisingly effective. I don't know if I would spend full price on it as I tend to go through dish soap fairly quickly, but coupled with my BB points, this one is a keeper! Also, a little goes a long way. I really like using this product on grease stains in clothes, it's better than stain remover.5
I got the basil sage. it smells wonderful, clean and crisp but not overpowering. seems to clean fine. I like that its all natural.5
I love these Caldrea dish soaps and hand soaps. They clean well, have great suds and smell amazing. Caldrea does not test on animals - a HUGE requirement for me.5
I bought several of these dish soaps and am very pleased, a little pricey but they are just what i wanted. The Basil Blue Sage one is my favorite! The mandarin was ok, I mean works the same, but I like the smell of the sage better.5
I bought the Sage scent and it's good - but it's VERY strong. I usually can handle strong fragrances, but this scent is overpowering and after a couple of dishes, I felt annoyed by it. I'm lucky enough to do most of my dishes on the dishwasher, so I don't have a lot of dishes to wash. If I had, I wouldn't use this product.
Besides the smell, you have to use a lot to have some lather and a lot lot lot to take out grease of pans. I used to use Dawn, so I'd say I'm using about 2-3 times MORE with Caldrea than Dawn.
This dish washer soap actually makes washing dishes more enjoyable. I love all their different scents, especially the lavender, and the mandarin. I take whiffs of it while doing dishes and it makes me smile. The soap also does not dry out your skin, which is great because I don't like wearing rubber gloves when doing dishes.5
