Don’t fear the liquid. stila’s genius liner turns anyone into a beauty pro. It gets rid of the complication and mess of regular liquid liner by swapping out the usual brush for a marker-style tip. All of a sudden, it’s easy to get a smooth line, and because it’s waterproof, it won’t budge even on the hottest days.
I just got his eyeliner. I'm pretty bummed out as I was trying to find the perfect liquid liner. I have tried Kat Von Ds liner, and its crumbly when it dries and the pen is is scratchy. It was between this one and Eyeko this time. I went with Stila. First of all the pen size is fine and color is fine (black) and the tip is soft and fine, but thats the only good thing I have to say about it, is application was PERFECT. BUT, I felt like I had to keep reapplying as some parts would wear of faster than others and start looking more transparent. Within 2 hours I looked in the mirror and my thick bold line on both upper lids had worn down to nothing but a few smudged dots in my inner corner. I had done nothing those 2 hours other than sit at a desk. For the price and the fact that it's Stila, I am so bummed, Ive tried dollar store pens that are better.3
I really do like this liner, it has a great applicator so it is easy to put on without tugging, I usually wear it if I am going somewhere for a little while like the movies, or out with my boyfriend because it doesn't really pop, its very subtle. But it definitely isn't my go to liner because it doesn't last all day and stand out like i'm use to.3
I liked it at first, but after about the fith time I went to use it, it was dry, out of ink and pigment. I love the color, just I think it is too much money to pay for the product.3
the eyeliner is a nice defined black and it has a nice pen style tip, but it takes too long to dry so you end up doing one eye at a time and it ends up being uneven and takes forever3
Within the first two days, the spring fell out of the liner pen when I opened it. It doesn't stay moist very well, I often have to run it under water to make it glide along my lid smoother. Not impressed for the price3
I like this, it works, but its not noticeably better than other marker style liners in this price range. I have oily lids and nothing really stays put.3
The lines you get with this eyeliner are perfect except that it is kind of watery at times. Also it dries out very quickly if accidently left open so make sure lid is closed securely.3
I really loved my eyeliners, so much so that I bought another a month later. It's been about 6 months since I purchased and both eyeliners are now behaving a little funny. They are taking a very long time to dry and once they dry, they are smudging anyway. If you can use this up in say... 3-4 months, it's well worth it, but I like variety so I use different shades each time I wear makeup, which means I need something that will go at least 6-8 months.
I don't actively DISLIKE this product, but I don't really like it either. I'm a huge liquid liner girl so I was really excited for this product, but I felt pretty meh about it once I tried it out. I like the applicator tip/style and the color is nice, but it has a weird texture I don't like. If I put it on before I curl my lashes, it sticks to the lash curler and comes off my lid, which is weird. I have stopped used it for this reason, and I wouldn't buy it again. I certainly wouldn't pay $20 it if I did.3
I'm usually horrible with liquid eyeliner so this was my first time purchasing it. The stilla eye liner was easy to use and doesn't smudge.3
