Some things are meant to last forever: Love, cast iron skillets. Spatulas, not so much. If the last time you bought a new spatula was around the same time you bought Nirvana’s Nevermind, it’s time for an update. Try this pretty, practical set, which includes three bamboo-and-silicone spatulas. It comes in four city-inspired shades: Madrid, Rome, London, and Paris.
As soon as I received these I couldn't wait to (wash and) put them to use, which is exactly what I did! These are GREAT for cooking and baking!
I highly recommend any of the CORE products, especially these in their happy colors :)
Not only do these jazz up my kitchen with the bright colors but they're really good quality and great for icing, etc. I was happy with the purchase!5
They are beautiful and add some color to my utensil drawer. They say not to put in the dishwasher but I do and they have come out just fine everytime.5
I got this set in the Birchbox Home box and gave them as a present to my Mom for Christmas - she adores them! They're just the right sizes, she needed some smaller ones and these were perfect. Great quality! Only con is that they're not dishwasher safe, but my Mom doesn't mind - she hand washes a lot of dishes as she cooks, and she cooks all the time. It's not enough to gripe about, not for my family anyways!5
Love the bright colors. Spatulas work great! Have held up great so far! Love the variety of sizes that come with the set.5
I got a chance to put these spatulas to the test over the holiday and I can say that I love them! The handles are long enough to give great leverage on even the deepest of mixing bowls I own (it holds 25 cups, so it's pretty big...) and the three different sizes are so useful. I made a batch of caramel corn and mixed it up with the largest spatula--easy peasy. I used the littlest one to scrape out the last drops of sweetened condensed milk from the can for my pumpkin pie. The only thing that bugged me a bit was the first couple of times I used the largest spatula I got little splinters of bamboo in my hand because the handle was a bit rough. That has fixed itself with time and use, but I'm sure a little sandpaper would have done the trick, too. Love these, I'll be looking for more Core Bamboo products in the future.5
I really like the cool colors and they seem like they are durable too. They seem to have a funky smell and hope that will go away after I wash them. I like the 3 sizes and can't wait to use them.5
I am quite surprised with these utensils. I was not expecting the wide range in sizes. The largest spatula is pretty huge! A great size if you have a large desert item you are trying to frost or if you have a large bowl of ingredients needing to be combined. I ordered the Madrid color scheme and couldn't be happier! The colors are bright and vibrant and bring in the fun that should be in the kitchen. The bamboo handles are durable, and I think they will stand the test of time.5
These are fun color spatulas that brightens up cooking. Cleaning was very easy pop the end off and toss into the dishwasher.4
The colors are really bright so they play up your utensil drawer in the kitchen! The big spatula is a decent size, and the other two are perfect for their own practical use. I used the two smaller ones when I was baking and was very happy with the handling.4
