Like a sturdy roll of duct tape, this multitasking spray is the ultimate quick-fix product. Part dry shampoo, part texturizer, its unique formula soaks up oils in grimy hair, and gives your flattened, blown-out coif an instant dose of altitude. Waking up late never felt so serene. Patented polymers absorb oil to give hair a rough-and-tumble texture, while adding a bit of hold to keep things in place—all without the powdery residue that some dry shampoos leave behind.
This makes my hair funky fresh! Unlike other dry shampoos, this does not leave my hair dry and unmanageable. I definitely recommend this!3
I have been using this product for years. I got it several years ago from my hair stylist and fell in love. I use it every few days and the bottle lasts me about 6 months. I spray this on my roots lifting bits and pieces and then rubbing my fingers on the spot to create the volume I want! I would recommend this and will keep using it myself4
I have tried about four other dry shampoos and finally decided to splurge on this for something new. I will never look back! It is awesome- makes my fine hair thick, full and textured. Smells soooo good too!4
I love this spray! Perfect for getting those perfect beach waves. Just spray, scrunch, and style away. Great for when I'm not wanting to use the curling iron4
Perfect for blow out hair. It prevents your hair from being flat by soaking up the oils but helps prevent frizzies and other undesirables. Excellent product.4
The smell of this spray is unreal. It is hard to see the distinction between a regular old dry shampoo and a dry shampoo + texturizer...most dry shampoos add texture as well anyway. It works well as both, but for the amount it costs, I don't think there is enough of an incentive to give up a dry shampoo that you might already be comfortable with.4
I have a lot of very fine hair, so finding styling products (besides stiff hairspray) that add volume and style without being either crunchy or greasy is difficult. This stuff is GREAT. It is NOT a dry shampoo, so, not sure why people are bothered by the non-dry shampooness. It's a styling product and it adds great volume and texture to my short, fine hair. I just spray it all around my head, and it makes my hair look like I just left the salon. If I need extra long-lasting hold, I use hair spray in addition. This is great for my hair. Best product I use.4
I have super fine hair and always on the hunt for anything to help give my pony tails or up-dos added "oomph" without having to use clip-ins or extensions. The Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray is the perfect compromise for added volume and texture on those days. Without any of the residue from other dry shampoos and volumizers.
Biggest pro and surprise was the added shine. Biggest con is the price.
Originally tried it out at a beauty salon, but didn't buy due to the price. Was happy to see I could buy on Birchbox using my points for a bit of a discount on the full size.
Not love, but like! I use this the second day of waving/curling my hair. It is a good refresher in the morning to give my hair more texture and get rid of any oil that may have gathered on my hair (if I blowdry my hair, it automatically goes straight without the use of a brush, and the next day it looks SO gross that this product can't even revive it, so it only works for me on second day wavy hair). The smell is fabulous, and I love that weird/rough texture that it gives my hair.. And it doesn't make it LOOK dirty which is good!4
I like this product, but not necessarily as a texturizing spray. I use it more as a light hairspray. But it's still a great product!4
