This all-natural face wash and mask combines real African black soap—made from the ashes of plaintain and cocoa pods and prized by women around the world for its abilities to battle blemishes and the signs of skin aging—with rejuvenating South African rose hips oil to leave your face clean and refreshed. The formula is 100 percent natural, fragrance free, and gentle enough for those with sensitive skin.
This soap is so amazing.I have promblem skin and after the first use I could see a difference in my skins5
love this product. My face feels so soft and clean. The smell is awful but tolerable. I would recommend this to any of my friends male or female.5
After many failed face washes I decided to give this one a try with its rave reviews. I follow the directions exact on the bottle. My face has never felt so smooth and refreshed. The color can be off putting. The smell is light and natural smelling. I don't add a lot of water to it when applying it to my face because it'll run down your face and neck while waiting the 5 minutes. I'm hoping this will be exactly what my face needs to completely clear up.5
This does wonders for exfoliating! It's a bit annoying to have to leave it on for a bit like a mask.5
This product is the only one that has ever cleaned my skin so good. It makes my skin smooth after I use it and you can tell it has melted away the dead skin cells and any black heads. My nose I can usually feel dirt and oil on it even after I use other cleansers. After using this my skin looks so great and feels so much better. I only use it 2-3 times a week, not every day. But i swear by this product for the best looking skin to really deep clean. It smells good and its all natural which is a plus in my book as well.5
Even though this product looks like sludge and smells like dirt, I have never used a better face wash! It's amazing. Cleans pores like nothing else I've ever used. I am 60 years old and this product has reduced the size of pores by at least half. Smooth, soft results. Non-drying. The secret to it's effectiveness is leaving it on for 5 or 10 minutes. After that, I add brown sugar to make it a scrub. My skin never looked and felt better. I purchased this without sampling because I love African black soap. Try it, you won't be disappointed with the results!5
One of the few products that really works for my acne. Don't recommend leaving it on too long though, accidentally fell asleep with it on and my skin felt sooo tight for days after (100% my fault though)5
I have been using this since November of 2015 and I love it. When I first got it I used it 2x ( morning/night) and I saw immediate results. I have now taken it down to just 1x a day just because I feel like my face doesn't need it twice a day. It's not harsh at all. I have sensitive skin and it has never irritated my skin. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!5
As other reviewers mentioned, this a great product for periodic use. I can absolutely tell a difference in my skin when I use it every few days. For me, it also works daily, but it's a nice mix in my routine of other familiar products. Skin feels fresh, clean, and revived!5
This soap is really amazing, but it is kind of weird to use, I have to admit. It feels like I'm using a jelly on my skin or something, or a thick syrup? Hard to describe. It does not smell good, but it's not bad either, and doesn't linger. The only thing I really don't like about it is the usage, because you have to leave it on for several minutes, and it recommends doing that process twice for best results. Who has time for that? But my skin feels super smooth after using it, like exfoliated but with no scrubbing or rough grains or anything. Also, it does seem a bit drying, like my skin feels kind of tight after I rinse, but it's probably because it's super cleansed and smoothed. Overall, I really like having this to exfoliate with a few times a week.5
