Shaped like our favorite French treats, these trinket boxes are the perfect hiding places for all our secret treasures. Each is finished in brightly colored stoneware and shuts tight with an ornately decorated gold clasp. They’re almost as good as the sugary real thing.
I am rating this item 1 star because when I got it in the mail it had come unglued and came in pieces. I used my birchbox points for this point so I am not super upset about it. Quality is not the best.1
This adorable little box arrived a few days ago, and I love it! I got mine in the rose color and it isn't nearly as dark as the pictures make it seem. It is a pretty pink about the same shade as strawberry ice cream. The box is a good quality, no chips or bumps, nice even color, and the clasp works properly. Size-wise it fits in the palm of my hand nicely and is larger inside than expected. Everybody deserves a little sweetness, so why not treat yourself?5
I ordered this on a whim basically because I love macarons and I had some extra BB points to spare! I got the light lavender color and I love it! It looks so cute and delicate among all of my beauty products on my vanity! Not sure what or if I'll put anything inside, but if anything, its the most adorable decoration!5
This little trinket box is adorable, I bought mine in a peach color which is a soft shade of orange. I wear lots of rings, so this comes with me when I travel so I can keep them in a safe place when I don't wear them.5
Well, where to start... As long as you are expecting to get something that is worth 13 dollars, then you will be satisfied. It's only ok. It's cute but not great quality. I got the lavender one which is so pale in color that it's more of a white with a slight purple tint. And there is obvious glue visible around the inside edges. The inside has a sort of dip... or ripple in the ceramic. Anyways, I didn't expect much and it is still cute and will serve it's purpose (and I wont be furious if it ends up breaking).
Side note.. shouldn't really be called a "limoge" box.. Firstly because the word is actually LIMOGES. Secondly, because that is a title reserved for porcelain boxes made in Limoges, France. They cost about 12x what this costs and as I'm sure anyone who cares would be aware that this isn't an ACTUAL Limoges box I still feel like it's misleading. Should read 'Limoges Style'
This is such a fun way to store jewelry. I put my earrings that don't have boxes in these. They are fun and decorative.5
I bought one of these for my restroom counter, and it is just the cutest. I will definitely be purchasing some more of these to give as stocking stuffers this year.5
I bought the lavender one. The color is a little paler than I was expecting but the product itself is larger than I thought it would be, that's not a bad thing for me lol. I was afraid it'd be too small to hold anything and would instead just gather dust as a cute trinket but it's deeper and wider than the picture leads you to believe. I can easily fit in a couple rings or several pairs of earrings, maybe even some necklaces (not all of those at once though lol). Anyways, I'm glad I purchased this and I'll probably be ordering the other colors as well.5
I received this as a gift and it is so cute. I put my favorite earrings and necklace in it when I travel. And it looks so pretty on my nightstand!5
Adorable trinket box. Well made; clasp stays locked. Very happy with purchase and would purchase as gifts. Delicate and very feminine.4
