Twistband’s snag-free hair ties are so chic, they double as bracelets off-duty. The latest addition to the line: this sophisticated all-black tie, which comes with a gold charm of your choice. It looks great paired with any outfit, from skinny jeans and sneakers to your most elegant evening wear.
Cute and easy on hair causing less breakage. Adds a little pop of style to my hairdo without being over the top. I have switched to these from my usual hair ties.4
At first I thought these were a stupid idea. Do we really need "baubles" on our hairbands? But I actually like my wishbone a lot. It's pretty and cute and chic, and I do feel a bit dressy when I wear it. I have long, straight hair that isn't too thin or thick. It's just average. These bands work well for my hair, whether it's in a knot or in a braid or pony tail. I was on the fence for a long time, but I actually really like them!4
I am so pleased with this product. For a person who has really long and thin hair, these bands are perfect because I don't end up ripping a ton of hair out like I do with other bands. I love this product and I won't ever go back to anything else! Awesome!!5
I can't get enough of my new twistband! It works perfect for my thin hair. The knot at the end sometimes shows but I don't seem to mind it at all! Will be ordering more.5
I love these hair ties. They are perfect for holding thin hair, and easy to remove with no snags. It is important to tighten the knot in the twist band when you first get it, and don't get it wet in the first few uses, as it can dry kind of twisted up. But these few things being said, these are my go-to hair ties for the gym.5
I'm at the age of hot flashes, so the hairband is a great way to scoop up long hair in the heat of the moment while I'm teaching. When the flash passes, the band rests quite comfortably unnoticed (I thought) on my wrist. Today, one of my Kindergarteners asked why I always had that thing on my wrist. Another student replied, "It keeps her hand from falling off." Now, that's a great product!!!4
I like the fabric feel of these twistbands but really dislike the knot feature (even with thick hair, it sticks out). The band also doesn't hold as tightly as I would like. For the cost, I think it's better to go to a pharmacy and stock up on cheap elastics.2
These twistbands really are amazing if you want a snag-free product, but in order for it to be totally effective you must have thinner hair. Like several of the other reviewers I have wavy-curly, thick hair. I really wish the band had been just a bit bigger or a little stretchier because I can only get it around my hair twice, the third time requires a bit of maneuvering.3
I really like the idea of these, but it just didn't work for my hair. I have long, thick, curly hair that I straighten most of the time. When I tried to put my hair up using this it stretched out immediately and almost became just a single ribbon. I liked the idea, but wish it could be a bit sturdier!3
This product gets a lot of positive reviews and while I'd like to give it one, Twistbands just won't hold my hair. Maybe it's me or they're just not for my type of hair (thick and wavy)? Hair bands remain my constant. Shame though because they are awfully stylish on the wrist!2
