We loved actress Alicia Silverstone the moment we saw her in The Crush, but we’ve grown to admire her even more as an eco-health guru. Together with Juice Beauty, Silverstone created this versatile all-over highlighter, which is made with organic shea butter and other all-natural, yummy ingredients. The peachy pink shade enlivens all complexions.
A little disappointing- doesn't apply smoothly hence pulling at skin. Also the color seems too washed out. Wouldn't buy this one again.3
I've used this twice since I bought it a couple of months ago. I can see it right as I'm applying it, but as soon I blend it, it disappears. Probably wrong for my skin tone, but it's supposed to "enliven all complexions." I just don't notice any difference.2
It's very sheer and barely noticeable, but it's still wonderful. The color is gorgeous, the shimmer is not too much, and it doesn't feel sticky.5
I absolutely love this stuff! So much I felt compelled to review it!!
I use their tinted moisturizer under their foundation, RMS uncover up for under eyes (juice beauty's is too drying), and then their facial glow highlighter to achieve really dewy fresh flawless skin. I like their tinted moisturizer as it really gives a great base.
This highlighter is gorgeous. I literally have people compliment my skin saying I "glow". It gives u a super healthy look, like you've gone to yoga or some light excercize and have great circulation. It's sort of a blush, but has this glow from within look as well going on.
I rub it on my entire cheek bone from apples back to temples then really blend.
If they ever stop making this product I will cry.
The product looks gorgeous, until you put it on. I found that it was kinda gritty, very sparkly and super sticky. When trying to glide it across my cheekbones it actually got stuck. Its super sticky but it doesnt feel heavy which is good. The color isnt very pigmented but it looks very prettty on lighter skin tones.3
I purchased this product along with the lipstick and pressed powder because they contain coconut oil and are certified organic. I LOVE how I look once everything is applied, but the facial highlighter was a little pinker than I expected and I found myself using more over the rest of my face to make up for the pinker contrast in some areas. But, I was also applying the product over my blemishes as well, not just the highlights of my face so that probably explains the pink spots. Once I applied the pressed powder, my face was flawless. Overall, wonderful product and it's amazing how much fresher your face feels without all the added chemicals being caked into your skin and pores.5
gives a nice glow without looking cakey on your face. Bringing on vacation with me to add a little pop - love the great packaging - so cute!4
i use this to add some color in place of or under my blush and it stays. i have fair skin and this paired with the gloss is the perfect shade. i can see where it would be universally flattering5
I really like this highlighter. If you are expecting it to be blush, it isn't. It is much more subtle. But it is perfect for days when I don't feel like doing a full make up routine. This and a little eyeliner makes me feel and look perky and glowy, but minimal. The texture is a little strange at first (probably the shea butter makes it a little moist) but that sticky feel goes away quickly.4
I bought the full size lipstick and facial highlighter last month because I loved the idea of the all-natural and organic ingredients. While I love the lipstick, the facial highlighter leaves a little to be desired. It is a little sticky and just blah. I will continue to use it and just put a little blush on over it. The packaging is very nice.2
