We find this tricolored hair oil more mesmerizing than all the cat videos we’ve ever watched on YouTube. When you shake the bottle, the layers of amber, clear, and red oils combine to form a potent elixir for all kinds of hair woes, from heat damage and dryness to dullness and frizz. It only takes a drop to smooth down flyaways and give an instant shine boost to hair, and long-term use will heal and protect hair from further damage.
I like receiving hair oils like this in my Birchbox, but I was not a fan of this one. Normally I like to put oils or leave-in conditioners in my hair after I get out of the shower so I can get the tangles out without breakage. This product felt very sticky on my hair and it did not leave my hair feeling smooth at all. It does not work well as a detangling agent, but I suppose that isn't the real purpose of the product.2
I have received this as a sample in several previous boxes...it's okay, but not my favorite hair oil (I currently use Shu Uemura hair oil, which I love). I was disappointed, mostly because I already know that I don't love this particular product and keep getting it as a repeat sample.2
Ojon is usually one of my favoriterpducts. The small and effectiveness of their products is usually on par. When I first saw this would be a sample I read some of the reviews. I don't think I'll purchase this in the future and I'll now be mindful of the other ingredients in Ojon products as well.2
Although effective, this product is not worth the price tag, when reading the ingredients the first oils on the list are the cheap drug store kinds, like castor oil, and safflower. I would not spend this kind of money on something I can find in my kitchen.2
This product was way too heavy and greasy for my fine hair. Not sure why I keep getting hair oil samples. I tried using on wet and dry hair and it did just not work for me at all. It does smell nice so maybe those with thick course hair would enjoy this one.2
This product was both sticky and greasy at the same time. It was hard to distribute it through my hair. It just seemed to stick where it landed. It did moisturize my hair but made it look too oily after application, even only using a little bit. The smell was nice, but I would definitely not purchase the full size.2
I used a drop and it seemed to just go away. It was greasy and then that was all there was in the tube. Seemed like there was not enough to make a decision.2
The first ingredient is a silicone. Dimethicone, to be exact. Very disappointing from a brand that claims to be natural.2
I liked the way it didn't make my hair extra oily but I didn't care for the fragrance of it too much. It smelled very strong. I thought the tri colored effect was very cool.2
I received this sample in one of my boxes. It smelled nice, but I didn't see or feel any difference in my hair texture. I really didn't feel like it did anything to my hair.2
