The purpose of simple syrup—to sweeten a cold drink without waiting for sugar to dissolve—is straightforward. With its range of innovative, small-batch flavors, Royal Rose is anything but. Committed to the idea that quality ingredients make for quality cocktails, the brand uses 100% organic, fair trade cane sugar made from evaporated cane juice. This favorite companion of Brooklyn bartenders is a great way to liven up any libation.
The three chiles Royal Rose simple syrup adds a nice sweet, smoky kick to my drinks. Great addition to drinks that have tequila or bourbon.5
MOSCOW MULES!!! with sweetness and lets not forget a little spiked iced tea without of going overboard on the sugar!!!5
Delicious in a gin cocktail! Substitute your spirit of choice. It has a nice bite to it, and will liven up your drink. Keeps pretty well in the fridge too!4
This simple syrup takes your adult beverage to the next level. Sweet but not overbearing - a little goes a long way. The fact that's it's 100% organic becomes a diminished value, I'm sure, when mixed with alcohol, but cool nonetheless.4
I got this in my entertaining box (which I loved so much after buying for a gift bought one for myself), and this was my least favorite item. I really didnt know what to do with it and it was vague but I found a really good website that gives ideas for these syrups. I like the raspberry one much more than rose which is really complex and harder to pair.3
Initially, I was a little taken back when I saw the product in the box, as I had never tinkered with simple syrups like this one. But it was great and made me look like a cocktail pro.5
Finally tried this out the other weekend. Tastes good in any Whiskey. I even added it to a Whiskey Old Fashion and it was delicious!4
The flavor is superb and you don't need a whole lot to taste it. That is why I like it. Definitely recommend it.4
This was an okay product. Nothing to write home about.3
I recieved the Three Chiles syrup and it's delicious. So far, I've tried it in margaritas and iced tea and both were really tasty without being too spicy or too sweet.5
