Sometimes the sequel is better than the original. Just when we hailed BB creams as the ultimate makeup multitaskers, along came CC creams. This 12-in-1 wonder from Juice Beauty offers more targeted anti-aging benefits than its BB counterparts, all while delivering a buildable layer of coverage. The creamy formula has a light, fruity scent and is designed to moisturize, prime, protect, and conceal imperfections all at once.
I thought this product didn't work well at first UNTIL I was reading reviews and saw a comment someone made saying in the directions it says to apply to damp skin... I started putting a spray of hydrating toner on before and then apply it when my skin is a bit damp and now I love it!!! I've gotten so many compliments on my glowing, smooth skin!4
The sample of this was a bit to tiny and it has a weird smell. It does look very nice on my skin but it's a very light coverage with not much buildable coverage, I have good skin with only the occasional spot and it didn't even reduce that small amount of redness4
I put this on my face and it was a bit smelly but it also wasn't effective. My skin is greasy and this just helped that issue. It was pretty gross but I think someone with less greasy skin would do well with this.2
Better options are out there. This smells kind of weird - not bad, but noticeable and not neutral. Don't want that on my skin. You have to wet your skin prior to putting on the foundation. That in itself isn't a deal breaker, but what is weird is that it seems to go on THICK. I mean coverage is nice and everything, but this is like wall sparkle. No thank you.2
This product isn't great. This goes on more like a thick foundation rather than a CC cream. It felt heavy on my face and had an odor similar to cayenne pepper. The color was a little bit too coppery to match olive complexion even after applying powder on top to try to mask it. I've used it twice, but it's not something I would purchase.3
It is a nice light formula and seems nice and moisturizing, I really like the fruity smell. I was glad the color actually works on my skin tone.5
I hate the smell of it, but the product works pretty good to just even out your skin. It doesn't give you a whole lot of coverage, but it doesn't feel caked on my skin either. If you can get over the smell, its a pretty good product.3
Everything about this cc cream seemed like a joke to me. I thought maybe birch box was punking me. This cream smells like herbicide. The consistency of it is like rubbing Vaseline all over your face. AND as far as color goes, it left less of a hue of my flesh than a generic tinted moisturizer. Would I purchase this product ever? Nope. Nope. Nope.2
This product smelled like old lady floral and did not go on smoothly. The cream is very hard to spread. It reminds me of old school zinc-oxide sunscreen. The formula needs more liquid in it because it feels like you're trying to spread mud on your face. Does not blend well at all either. I would not purchase this.1
Gross Gross Gross Gross Gross Gross Gross. I cannot fathom how anyone can put this on their skin and actually leave it there instead of taking it off immediately. Complete failure of a product.1
