Sometimes the sequel is better than the original. Just when we hailed BB creams as the ultimate makeup multitaskers, along came CC creams. This 12-in-1 wonder from Juice Beauty offers more targeted anti-aging benefits than its BB counterparts, all while delivering a buildable layer of coverage. The creamy formula has a light, fruity scent and is designed to moisturize, prime, protect, and conceal imperfections all at once. It comes in two shades: Natural Glow, a pale beige best for light complexions, and Warm Glow, a golden beige best for light to medium complexions.
This CC cream was lightweight and didn't leave my skin oily or greasy. I don't normally wear foundation or heavy make-up, so I thought the coverage was fine, but if you're used to heavier make-up it may not be enough. Overall, I liked it, but I didn't think it was any better than other BB creams I've tried (which are cheaper as well).3
This product smells exactly like citrus leaves. I already use a great multi action tinted moisturizer, and I felt this one was a little more oily than the one I use. I only used it once before going back to my normal product. But the smell was amazing.3
This product is OK. I got the sample in the birchbox and was un sure if I should purchase the full size. I did, and I am still using it but I have not seen great results. You get used to the smell it is not that terrible, and the color fits my skin tone well.3
I received this sample in my birch box. I was sent warm glow. I am asian and I have a light to medium complexion. I found the color a little orangey. I used this as a tinted moisturizer and primer for a powder foundation. I did not see any improvement in my skin overall. I do think it did an average job in terms of moisturizing and coverage. I would prefer something with better coverage and maybe a matte finish.3
I got my sample in the warm glow color, which blends nicely into my skin coloring. I like that it is a foundation and sunscreen in one. My only complaint is the consistency, it is really thick which I don't like. I do have say that once you start to rub it in, it goes farther than you think it will. I would like it much more if it was just a little thinner and easier to blend in.3
While this cream has a pleasant scent and contains some excellent features such as SPF 30, it provides almost zero coverage. I have tried other creams that provided light coverage and hoped this would do the same. I've been using the product for about 2 months, and I do not see any improvement in my skin. Also, the tip broke off when I removed the cap, so I have no way of properly closing the tube.3
This was my first time using a CC Cream and I wasn't overly impressed. To be fair, I used way too much of this product the first time because of my inexperience and I just looked like a greasy mess. A little bit absolutely goes a long way which is a wonderful aspect of any product. If I were to purchase this product I would go for the lighter shade.3
The smell really bothered me. I used half of the bottle and gavr the rest to my mom. I think that anything that I put on my face, i have to like the smell in order to use it3
I loved the way that this CC Cream felt when it went on my skin- very silky and not too thick. It just didn't have quite as much coverage as I would like, despite the tint.3
I loved this product when I first got it, but after awhile it made my face break out badly. Also, I felt like it made my overall complexion oily. Great scent, and color but I was not a fan of how oily it made me.3
