Sometimes the sequel is better than the original. Just when we hailed BB creams as the ultimate makeup multitaskers, along came CC creams. This 12-in-1 wonder from Juice Beauty offers more targeted anti-aging benefits than its BB counterparts, all while delivering a buildable layer of coverage. The creamy formula has a light, fruity scent and is designed to moisturize, prime, protect, and conceal imperfections all at once.
I applied it with a wet beautyblender. It applied fine, no problems. Shade was fine on me, coverage sheer. This would have been an okay BB cream (I prefer Asian BB creams to Western ones to be honest) but the smell killed me. It has a very herby scent, which I did not enjoy spreading all over my face. Luckily it dissipated within 5 minutes, but yuck.3
nothing thrilling about this product. I guess if one is looking for a CC cream this might do. But for me it did not cover as well or last as long. I was not so impressed. smelled better than expected though2
I don't use foundation and typically don't like to put lots of makeup on my face, but I do use lotion. I've gotten lots of the BB and CC cream samples and most of them were too tinted, but this one is thin and feels more like a moisturizer. I like that it just adds a little shimmer and isn't really a base coat.4
i have used this before and love the way it works, looks and smells. however, it is very overpriced.5
Mixed feelings here . . . I'm a Juice Beauty fan. I love the smell and I've had success with their other products. The cream went on a little bit oily, but I figured that it would soak in like some similar products I use. While it soaked in a little, I could still feel (just barely) a tacky residue from the cream. Perhaps if your skin is dryer (mine is neither dry nor oily), it would soak into the skin more, but it was enough of a turn-off to not want to purchase the product for myself.4
I've been on the hunt for a new CC cream and really like the way this one feels. It's a little thick going on though. I have pink undertones and the Desert Glow color is close, but a smidge too yellow for my complexion. I'm hoping the lighter color will match better.4
I really enjoyed this. It was a small sample but it worked.4
the product matched my skin nicely but I wasn't a fan of the citrus scent3
I received another CC cream that I loved a lot better than this one, which made me some what disappointed with this. It is a great cream though.4
Awful product. Where do I start? Terrible texture, terrible color, looks greasy-even when blotted. What were they thinking?1
