Sometimes the sequel is better than the original. Just when we hailed BB creams as the ultimate makeup multitaskers, along came CC creams. This 12-in-1 wonder from Juice Beauty offers more targeted anti-aging benefits than its BB counterparts, all while delivering a buildable layer of coverage. The creamy formula has a light, fruity scent and is designed to moisturize, prime, protect, and conceal imperfections all at once.
I am not really into products like this but I used it and it went on really smooth and seems to work good.4
Scent smells lovely and natural which is great but the texture was weird to me, especially since you apply to a damp face. Also didn't feel like I got great coverage.4
I've received so many of these kinds of products so I wouldn't buy this one, but it has nice coverage. Like that it's organic too.3
This is probably a great product for someone with nice skin, but I need pretty heavy coverage, so when I used this, I also had to apply a foundation and powder on top. It feels nice on my skin, though, and I like that it has SPF.4
The product smells strange, like fruity pebbles mixed with a weird herb. The smell is strong and gave me a headache. It's also oily and semi thick. I don't think it covers that well after blended.2
I don't typically use this type of product during my normal beauty routine. However, this did make my pores look smaller. I don't anticipate purchasing this product, but it good for people with a more extensive beauty routine.3
I really wanted to like this as I've been looking for something a little lighter for summer. The scent is really unpleasant and although the product goes on smoothly and does blur imperfections, it leaves me incredibly shiny looking.3
I love BB and CC creams with a bit of sunscreen in them. I'm an avid hiker, so I don't wear foundation when I'm out in the mountains, but sometimes I still need a little something to even out the skin tone. Since I need sunscreen, this was perfect! Once I applied it, the smell was so awful it made me cringe. It smelled like a mix between cucumbers and chemicals. It stayed pretty well though, seeing as I hiked 8 miles on a 90+ degree day with high humidity. It didn't streak in spite of my sweaty face, but I did end up rubbing some of it off wiping away the sweat, which is expected. Overall, it's a nice cream with a small amount of coverage. The smell just kills it though.4
This was my first time using a CC and I was pleasantly surprised. It felt and looked like a great base for the rest of my makeup. I would consider replacing my BB with this.4
The product is nice when you apply to damp skin but I can't get over the smell.3
