Highlighted and color-treated hair is especially prone to dryness and damage, but many color-specific products only mask the issue—the haircare equivalent of slapping a flimsy bandage on a gaping wound. Kérastase’s Masque Chroma Riche Treat conditioner actually gets to the root of the problem (pun intended): the formula repairs texture to give you softer, healthier, and shinier hair.
I was so confused with this product because the card in my birchbox AND the packaging of this product had no directions for use. I understand the general idea of a conditioning mask, but I have no clue how long I'm supposed to leave it in (unless I get my computer out and log on to my birch box account...kind of a hassle!).3
Since product's directions were not in English, I assumed to use it like other deep conditioning products (even though that may have incorrect). My hair is fine so I found this a little to heavy for my hair but it did leave it soft and shiny - just weighed it down it to much.3
I'm so tired of getting samples in little foil packets. other than that the product was sufficient. it did what it said it would. but i'm not totally in love with it to make me want to buy it3
Very hydrating, mediocre scent. I would recommend this for people with very processed hair. I don't think it would be necessary for me to spend this much on this particular product.3
used it on my hair and honestly cant tell that it made any difference. hair felt the same and looked the same as far as i can tell. maybe its a product that you are supposed to use more than once and over a period of time but if that is the case a sample size is kind of pointless....didnt do anything bad to my hair. just nothing special.3
Disappointed there was no directions on the sample, but after looking up the directions on Birchbox I used it. It was just okay, I didn't feel like it did any better than my salon conditioner when left in for 5-10 minutes then rinsed out.3
It's alright. Pretty good for a hair mask, but I was completely turned off when there weren't instructions for use on the sample. I had to google it. Nowhere in this month's Birchbox were the instructions. Disappointing.3
I enjoyed using the free sample, but I probably would not purchase this. I appreciated that it did not weigh down my fine hair, but my hair felt and looked similar to what it does when I use high end conditioners. I probably will not commit to buying it, especially given the price.3
I just tried this product today as part of my "take time to pamper myself" Sunday routine. While this product did make my hair feel soft, it did not seem to do anything above and beyond a normal conditioner. Maybe it would have a more profound effect on more damaged hair, but my hair has never been bleached ( just dyed darker) and is generally pretty healthy.3
It was ok- I followed the instructions and they were sort of a pain. I'm not sure this did anything for my hair that regular conditioner wouldn't. I'd buy it again if it was cheap, but not something worth investing in. Sorry.
