Highlighted and color-treated hair is especially prone to dryness and damage, but many color-specific products only mask the issue—the haircare equivalent of slapping a flimsy bandage on a gaping wound. Kérastase’s Masque Chroma Riche Treat conditioner actually gets to the root of the problem (pun intended): the formula repairs texture to give you softer, healthier, and shinier hair.
i have used kerastase products before and for the price i would want them to work better than they do. i found this to be more drying then anything. and not helpfull at all2
The product's directions were not in English so I really did not know how to use it. How long was I to leave it in? Is it okay to use after your regular conditioner? I also did not notice much of a difference in my hair. Maybe it was slightly softer but definitely not worth the price to purchase the full size. I have many other cheaper leave in serum type products that are much more effective. Also, there are instructions that I could read, unlike this product.2
Product felt little greasy on my fine hair ,would prefer keeping on for less time or rinse right away OR USE ONLY AS NEEDED2
I didn't like how the packaging had no directions for use. I actually had to come to the Birchbox website to find out how to use it. I also didn't like that you had to actually get out of shower and then back in the shower to do the treatment. That is too much work for me.2
I was not very impressed with this product and I didn't really care for the smell either. However, I am also a hairstylist and have tried the best of the best when it comes to deep conditioning so I think my hair is just used to better products!2
It was fun to try a hair masque but would never actually buy one. Sample size was also tiny and could only use once2
Made my hair very soft, but then I had baby hair for the rest of the day. I think this is probably a good masque for the weekend if you are going to be home alone. If you need to go somewhere, you might have some styling issues.2
I read the reviews and couldn't wait to try this product. I set aside some weekend time and - bleh - my hair didn't feel any different than after using my normal conditioner. I have pretty color damaged hair and this really didn't do anything for it.2
I've received MANY samples of hair products through Birchbox, including shampoos, conditioners and hair masks. I was very excited to get the Kerastase product because I know the brand is known for their high quality products. But, this particular product did not wow me. I used it twice and tried leaving it on longer the second time to see if it made my hair feel softer. But, on my hair (long and wavy) it just didn't work well.2
I was so super excited to try this product as I had heard nothing but great things. After using it once I was slightly disappointed. While it did leave my hair super soft on the first day, by the next day it looked and felt very greasy. I thought to myself...well maybe I didn't wash it out completely. So I tried it again and was extra careful to ensure that I did in fact wash the product out completely...same effect. I am truly in love with my Peter Thomas Roth condition and will stick with that.2
