It doesn’t matter how many times we’ve given ourselves a mani—we always end up with stray polish all over our cuticles. Luckily, this German brand is out to make the whole affair easier. Considered one of the premier professional lacquer brands in Europe, alessandro crossed the ocean to bring us its rock-solid formula and specially designed bottle. With both bright, flashy colors and universally flattering neutrals, you’re bound to find a shade you love.
I received the Blue Lagoon and love the color. Not too crazy but still fun and nice. The problem was it chipped really bad. I have done it twice and both times it didn't last 24hours. :(2
I tried two coats of this nail polish, along with a base and top coat, and it chipped the next day.2
I love the color (cobalt blue color) I received in my birchbox, but the consistency is way too thick. It's hard to spread and cover a nail evenly.2
Okay, I love nail polish. And the blue color I received in my January box was totes gorgeous. But, after one day, all of my polish was chipping. I used an Essie base and top coat. They are like magic. And this still chipped. :( The colors and brush are amazing, but the chemistry of the product needs to include staying power.2
I got cobalt blue nail polish in my box a few months ago and loved that. I was excited to see a nail polish in my box this month but was disappointed by the color and I didn't even want to try it on....maybe for my toes...2
I always get great nail polish colors from Birchbox. They never disappoint. I can't wait to see what I get next time.2
I loved the color of this polish (dark blue), and it went on really great. It covered well and dried quickly. However, it chipped a lot, very quickly. I barely got through a full day before it was chipping and looking ragged.2
The colors are great, the wear and tear not so much. The polish chipped after one day of usage, maybe im just workin' too hard;)2
I was so excited to try a new nail polish brand. However, when I received the murky blue color, I was disappointed. The packaging was very odd. The brush handle/top was very bulky and I almost dropped it a few times. The color was a very murky blue which looked more like a gray on nails (after two coats) than a rich blue. *Not to mention, this is my 3rd blue color Birchbox has sent me with nail polishes* (3 out of 3 were all blue). Within 3 days I saw significant chipping even though I had applied a topcoat. I would not invest in a full size product. I think Opi, Essie, Color Club and Zoya are a better quality than this.2
I loved the color and how easy it was to paint on my nails. Very smooth product. But it started chipping with in 24 hours and by three days the polish was completely off my nails. Very bummed out.2
