French women seem to have the uncanny ability to look effortlessly stunning. Before we all run out to buy striped sailor shirts and Chanel flats, it’s worth starting with the basics: our skin. This French brand’s two-in-one cleanser and makeup remover is made for dry, sensitive, and irritation-prone complexions. The amber-hued gel keeps skin’s moisture barrier intact while effectively melting away all signs of dirt, debris, and product residue.
Not impressed with this product. I tried it as a cleanser, but it didn't lather very well and I had to use quite a bit just to get my entire face clean. After using it, my face felt dry and rough. I tried it as a makeup remover gel, but the most difficult makeup to remove is always around my eyes and this recommends avoiding the eye area.1
To start, the scent of this product didn't appeal to me, it almost had a honey-esque smell to it, which I'm not a fan of. Second, I really need a multi-purpose face wash, I need it to remove my eye makeup. This stuff just sort of smeared it all around. I tried using more thinking maybe I hadn't used enough but it just smeared it more.1
This product burned and made my face beak out after use.1
This is the first Birchbox sample I have used that did not meet my expectations. I have to wear waterproof mascara due to allergies that cause my eyes to water. When I used Nuxe to remove my mascara it failed to do the job. I could not get the mascara off.1
Smells terrible, doesn't appeal to me, the fragrance stays with you also.1
This product smells horrible. I couldn't get past it. I used it once and then threw it away.1
this product is just awful. i wouldn't recommend for anyone1
Wow, the fragrance is overpowering! I like the scent, but it doesn't belong in facial skin care products. Seriously, it's stronger than some perfumes I've used. It also didn't get rid of my minimal makeup. Still had my eyeshadow on after testing it!1
I put on make up from a prior sub box (a matte lipstick, highlighter, cc cream, liquid liner, and cream blush) the only thing that this make up remover skin cleanser was able to take off was the cc cream and it gave me nasty raccoon eyes. It didn't come near to touching my my lipstick. I ended up giving it to my grandmother who wears little to no makeup. I do not recommend this at all.1
Was not happy with this product I tried it once and haven't used it since Bc it didn't do anything it didn't remove my make up or work as a cleanser so I won't be using it anymore1
