At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave your locks feeling dull, use Number 4 Clarifying Shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, to gently cleanse without stripping moisture or color.
It just did not work for me, it didn't do anything on my hair.....maybe the sample was not enough to realize about its properties.1
I found this shampoo did the opposite of clarify my hair, even using very little of this high concentrated shampoo...and washing and re-washing...the residue left was as if I put in a heavy cream - gross. Greasy all day, I used it a second time to make sure I didn't use too much, but no this was a product I am throwing away and would not recommend.1
I was surprised since this is labeled as a "clarifying" shampoo that it did not make my hair feel clean at all. As a matter of fact, each time I used it I felt like my hair had a residue left on that I could not rinse off, however my hair was VERY tangly and still needed a conditioner to comb it out after washing. I also did not care for the scent, which I would describe as "woodsy".1
It didn't get my hair clean and it felt like there was a weird residue on it all day. Not my first choice1
Do not use! I used this product and lost so much hair in the shower!! It was disgusting and scary!1
I don't like this shampoo. There are cheaper alternatives out there that are way cheaper and with better scent. There is something about the scent of this shampoo that doesn't sit well with me.1
I have normal hair and this shampoo made my hair super dry. It looked worst than before. Plus, it made me loose a ton of hair.1
This shampoo left my hair dry and very brittle. The one star I have is only because the smell was tolerable. Maybe this product just isn't for my curly hair.1
This shampoo is nearly impossible to work through my hair unless I use an entire fistful. It is also difficult to wash out and I never feel like my hair is entirely clean. I can still feel the residue on my hair throughout the day, leaving it prone to oil build up.1
The problem with getting shampoo samples in the mail is that, often times, there isn't the corresponding conditioner for the shampoo so you get the benefits of the shampoo but the nourishment isn't replenished. Or, if there is a conditioner sample, it's not enough to use for the same number of time that you can use the shampoo. That said, I found the shampoo was definitely clarifying but it dried my hair out. If I had a conditioner that was to be used with this sample, I might have a better, more complete picture of this product. For now, I'll pass on purchasing.1
