At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
Was super thick and sticky. Like glue. And my gel nails had felt like they softened and had a funny feeling after using this shampoo1
this product left my hair dull and lifeless, would never use or buy1
This is the second time I've received a Number 4 hair product in my birchbox. I've tried two shampoos, including this one, as well as a conditioner. All of this brands products dramatically dry out my hair. While this particular shampoo smells good, the smell is not good enough to mitigate how awful my hair feels and looks afterward. Will never buy this brand.1
I have been a hair stylist for over 20 years now and have tried my fair share of hair products. This is a clarifying shampoo and made to only be used about twice a month. It did not lather in my hair and left my hair feeling very oily and weighed down.1
This shampoo was so thick that I couldn't get it to lather and my hair was still oily after using. It felt like it didn't do anything and it doesn't seem like it cleaned my hair at all.1
I was hopeful about this shampoo, but soon disappointed. I used it with the masque and after, my hair felt like a tangled mess, hard to brush, etc. This shampoo is definitely not my favorite.1
Left my hair in a tangled mess. And the smell is awful. Reminded me of a cheap aftershave scent. Yuck.1
I did not like the way my hair felt after using this product. I only used it once and re-washed my hair after.1
I hated this shampoo. It smelled good, which was the only thing I liked about it. It made my already thick hair feel dry before I even got out of the shower. I don't know if this is just because this particular shampoo should be used for thin and greasy hair or what, but this did nothing for me... other than making my hair feel horrible. On top of that, I have issues with a lot of hair falling out in the shower as it is, and this seemed to make it ten times worse. Would not recommend.1
I am not a fan of this brand and this product is no exception. The only good thing was the minty smell since most of their products tend to have a strong perfume-like scent. I love clarifying shampoos and have found several brands that make great ones (Pureology, Redken, Kenra, Lanza...) so this product just can't compare.1
