At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
It was ok but.my face burned after i used it . Burning was after i put my face cream on.3
I used this after swimming a few days last week, and it did a good job of removing the sticky residue in my hair, leftover from the chlorine from the pool. For this reason, I would recommend it to someone needing to remove excess gunk from their hair.3
Not a huge fan. Just a shampoo. Not going to purchase3
I love a good clarifying shampoo, this one was okay but I like my shampoos to lather a bit more. Like the smell though.3
This is my first time using a clarifying shampoo. I'll switch my shampoos frequently an I don't use a ton of product in my hair daily to where I feel a "build up." It didn't seem to do or make my hair fell anything special. It smelled nice and lathered well. I seemed to need quite a bit for my shoulder length hair. I didn't use any conditioner after (as I do with my regular shampoo) and it didn't seem to dry out my hair, so that was good.3
I really like the Super Comb Prep & Protect from Number 4 Hair, so I was excited to try this product. I did feel it removed build up from my hair, but it also made my hair pretty flat. It also made my scalp itch! As with most sulfate-free products, it was also difficult to work into a lather and I had to use a lot of product to get sufficiently wash my hair.3
I liked the after affect of this shampoo, but it was just so so for me. I didn't like how thick it was and how hard it was to work into a lather before I washed my hair. I use other products that get the same after affect that I like better.3
This shampoo wouldn't lather, which I found weird and unsatisfying. I never knew if I was using the right amount, and because I have extremely thick hair, I always felt like I was missing sections. The scent is good though, and it did make my hair feel very soft.3
I've tried other products by Number 4 through Birchbox and I really, really dislike the smell. I thought the different product lines would have different smells but they all seem to smell like rancid chocolate. The shampoo worked fine, but nothing special. Will not be buying from this company.3
For some reason the shampoos that you have to emulsify fist bother me. I feel like i still need to use a lot granted I have very long and medium thickness hair. The scent was just ok. I don't think it's for me.3
