At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
I thought the shampoo worked to wash my hair just fine however the smell was too masculine for me and it stayed in my hair even after I used my other styling products.3
This smells so good and not too overpowering. But the texture was a little weird - like glue - until it was sufficiently lathered. Again, awesome smell but it didn't really work any magic on my hair.3
Good product and made my hair soft, although it did get greasy in occasions3
I already have many clarifying shampoos from Birch and since you are only supposed to use them once month I won't be using it... too bad3
Smell is nice, I don't think I would replace my current shampoo with this but it is relatively nice. This brand tends to make my scalp a little uncomfortable.3
Didn't lather very much and I felt like I had to keep adding more in order to get my hair clean.3
I have long, thick hair and this shampoo left my hair kind of heavy and therefore flat. I thought I was the conditioner at first, but I tried it again with my normal conditioner and my hair was still heavier than normal. The shampoo still smells quite nice and just a little amount was enough for my long hair.3
I tried this clarifying shampoo and it seemed to work fine. The smell was okay, but I didn't really notice any difference in my hair.3
I have very long hair so I always need more shampoo than average. However, this just seemed so strange. The label said to use sparingly but I had to use so much because it wasn't lathering like it was supposed to. My hair felt dry after using it but since I used the masque from the same brand it worked out ok. Probably wouldn't spend my money on this though.3
I love that this is free of sulfates, parabens, etc. It's hard to find good products that meet this requirement. That being said, this is a bit on the expensive side compared to other products that do an equally good job. The pricing makes me less likely to purchase in the future.3
