At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
I saw no difference in my hair after using this product. It had a strange texture/thickness and didn't lather well unto it got into my hair. It really didn't have a smell at all. I won't buy this product but others may really like it.3
This shampoo certainly works. I find it to be quite drying on my scalp though and will not purchase a full size.3
I had to use a lot of this shampoo for it to feel like it went all over my hair. I'm sure it's good & I did like it but idk..3
When I tried the Number 4™ Clarifying Shampoo - 8.5 oz I was a little bit nervous because Clarifying Shampoos tend to dry out my hair very quickly, however I was pleasantly surprised by this product.3
Again, I had recieved this stuff before in my birchbox and was never truly a fan. It's alright, but not worth the price tag.3
DID NOT LIKE THE SMELL, IT WAS LIKE A CLEANING PRODUCT SMELL ..THAT I USE TO CLEAN MY SHOWER3
I tried this in combination with the Reconstruction Masque and I found that overall these products are too drying. This shampoo stripped my hair a bit too much and left it feeling very brittle. It made a nice bubbly lather but after rinsing my hair tightened up and tangled immediately. For reference I'm African American with coarse, tightly coiled hair. If you follow hair-typing, i'm a 3C. Overall this was just not effective for my hair type.3
This shampoo was fine, but not great. The smell was very strong/overpowering and because I have a lot of hair, it took a fair amount of shampoo. For how pricey this is, I expected it to be life-changing. My hair is clean, it's just not great3
The shampoo seemed to clean well but it left my hair very tangled. When used with the conditioner it did leave my hair clean and with good volume however for the price of the shampoo and conditioner, I like my current product better.3
I have very frizzy, curly, heavy waves and overall, I didn't feel like this tamed them any better than my normal stuff. That's not to say it didn't work well, it just wasn't life-changing. But it did smell great!3
