At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
I absolutely love the smell of this shampoo, I wish my hair would always smell like that! I only used about a quarter sized amount of it since it says the shampoo is very potent, but I didn't feel like my hair was very clean after using it - and I have naturally dry hair.3
First, this sample had exploded in the box, which was weird, as the bottle seemed sealed... But after using the product itself, I didn't really notice anything special about my hair. I fee like the biolage that I already use does a better job... Just nothing to set this one apart for me.3
This shampoo is thick and was not easy to spread through my hair and get my entire head into a good lather. I couldn't really tell how well it removed build-up in my hair because it did not leave my hair/scalp feeling squeaky clean like most clarifying shampoos I have used do. Maybe that is good and just means it's not stripping your hair of all its natural oils.3
The scent was pleasant. Lots of lather. I felt like it cleaned my hair and scalp, but not necessarily better than anything else I've used. Washed out well.3
I really need a much stronger shampoo for my hair. This didn't feel like it got my hair clean, as it still felt heavy after I have washed it. I liked the smell, and I can see this working well for someone who doesn't have dandruff problems like me.3
I thought the shampoo worked to wash my hair just fine however the smell was too masculine for me and it stayed in my hair even after I used my other styling products.3
This smells so good and not too overpowering. But the texture was a little weird - like glue - until it was sufficiently lathered. Again, awesome smell but it didn't really work any magic on my hair.3
Good product and made my hair soft, although it did get greasy in occasions3
I already have many clarifying shampoos from Birch and since you are only supposed to use them once month I won't be using it... too bad3
Smell is nice, I don't think I would replace my current shampoo with this but it is relatively nice. This brand tends to make my scalp a little uncomfortable.3
