At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
It makes my hair feel nice and fluffy, and the color in it hasn't budged. I have short hair, so I've gotten 3 uses out of the sample size already - hopefully I'll get a few more!3
This product does exactly what it says it will do. It cleans your hair but does not lather well. This product does not strip your hair in the process.4
To start, it was such a weird consistency coming out of the bottle and it didn't lather well. It said use a small amount, but that was very hard to disperse over all of my hair. Afterwards, it left my hair feeling dry/brittle/frazzled looking? It's supposed to strip the bad stuff out, but unless moisture is included in that, I don't think it works.3
It is just your basic clarifying shampoo, nothing special. I've had better products from a drugstore and can't justify paying a pretty penny for this brand when other work just as well or better.2
This product smells nice and does a good job at effectively cleaning my hair during shampooing. Would need to use it more often to see if it has a real impact on my hair.5
While I do appreciate a thicker shampoo, this one was just too thick. It's so thick that it doesn't "spread" well to the rest of your scalp to clean all of your hair. I end up having to use several squirts of it to fully wash all of my hair. Once I've used quite a bit of the product, it does seem to work, but it'd cost a fortune to maintain using this product because it takes so much to do the job.2
his is such a great clarifying shampoo. All it takes is a small amount since it is so concentrated, add water and lather away. Your hair will fell so much lighter and will dry twice as fast also this will last a long time too since you only need to use a small amount. I have long hair, and a quarter size is plenty.5
It smelled nice and worked well without causing frizziness for curly hair but nothing set it apart from normal shampoo4
I've been coloring my hair vibrant red for over a decade, and I've learned to steer clear of clarifying shampoos, or risk watching my color run down the drain. I wasn't even going to give this one a try at first, but after a weekend of heavy-handed product application I was desperate to restore my hair. After reading the label to see that it was sulfate and para been free I relaxed. To my delight, the only thing that washed down the drain was the product build-up! My color remained intact and the nasty goop that had been in my hair was gone. I will be purchasing this product for future needs. I'm so happy!5
I was excited to see this in my box and I really wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, it left my hair feeling heavy and greasy as if I hadn't washed it at all! Such a bummer.2
