At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
I realize I should use a clarifying shampoo more often to clean all the "gunk" from the hair products I use. This is a very nice shampoo that smells great, didn't strip my color and left my hair feeling clean and looking good. Another great Number 4 product.4
Smells so bad - but when you dry your hair, it hardly smells like what it did in the shower. But for a clarifying shampoo, it doesnt do what it is meant to do: clarify. I felt greasy in the shower, but after I blow dried, it looked smooth and nice, like a keratin treatment.1
Made my hair soft and it did seem to clarify quite well.4
the packaging of the product is extremely plain and boring. i think adding color would make it more appealing. however, the smell of the shampoo is very nice. the bottle said to use sparingly but i found that i needed to use quite a bit because it didnt seem to want to spread easily. overall this product was really nice. it made my hair feel soft in the shower.4
I was nervous to use a clarifying shampoo as I thought it would strip my hair, however I was pleasantly surprised. This shampoo made my hair feel so clean and soft!5
I understand this stuff is concentrated, but did not like that it felt like I was massaging glue into my hair! I am also not a clarifying shampoo kinda girl. I need moisture. Too bad, because I love the scent.3
does what it says-- clarifies! wouldnt use it too often as i'm pretty sure it will strip your hair color.5
Loved it. I have very fine hair that tangles very easily and this left my hair feeling soft and even without using conditioner I had no tangles4
I know that shampoos that are good for your hair don't have stripping agents and therefore don't typically lather well. There's something to be said about lather in a shampoo and when there's not, I feel like I'm not getting clean hair as a result. Since the directions refer to it as a highly concentrated shampoo, I would think using the amount I usually use in a shampoo would produce at least similar results. My hair feels dry and following this product up with their reconstructing masque did not help.3
I love this shampoo - my hair is very thin and this shampoo isnt too heavy and also does a great job of keeping my hair clean and staving off grease for a few days if need be!5
