At the end of a long day we could all use a fresh start—and the same goes for our hair. When product buildup and styling stress leave strands feeling and looking dull, this clarifying shampoo, subtly scented with white freesia, golden amber, and warm musk, gently cleanses without stripping moisture or color. Black currant and soy restore vibrancy, acai berry and vitamin C deliver youth-boosting antioxidants, oolong tea and Irish moss defend against environmental damage, and lemongrass and oatmeal gently cleanse and purify. This shampoo is also vegan-friendly and free from sulfate/sodium chloride and parabens.
I live in a town where the tap water is brown, so this shampoo is a dream come true. Over time the water here has led to some buildup in my hair, but this shampoo sets me back to square one, so to speak.4
I was not impressed with the first round of samples I received from number 4 but this one smells great, lathers great, cleans hair and adds volume4
Doesn't take much and I have long hair. Lathers well. Smells nice.5
this shampoo left my hair feeling clean and smelling great.3
I have baby fine hair and a clarifying shampoo occasionally really helps clean off the volumizing products I use daily4
This shampoo was just ok. I have other drugstore clarifying shampoos that I prefer.3
I did not find anything extraordinary about this shampoo. It felt like it came out with a thin consistency and i had to use twice the amount I normally would.4
Love the smell of this shampoo! Fragrance is an important factor for me in hair products (especially since they can linger sometimes). My hair felt clean after using this, but not that "extra clean" feeling that I expect from a clarifying shampoo. I definitely don't want my hair to feel stripped of moisture but this didn't seem to do anymore than many non-clarifying shampoos I've used. It can be used as a body wash, but it didn't do much in that aspect for me. I really like the scent though.3
This product doesn't seem to contain the laureth sulfate that tends to make shampoo and other products lather--so I wasn't surprised that it didn't. The product was so thick--and without the lathering agent--that I had to use nearly half the bottle to distribute the shampoo throughout my hair! I'm sure it's a high-quality product and my hair was clean afterwards, but the consistency and lack of lather were deal-breakers for me.2
I really like this shampoo, it isn't heavy and cleans my hair in one use. It also has a nice smell to it!5
