Unless you’re still in high school, it’s never too soon to start an anti-aging regimen. Already on top of it? Kudos. If not, well, let’s start with the basics: a fantastic moisturizer that goes beyond hydration. Sampar’s Ultra Hydrating Fluid keeps skin supple with marathon moisture, while also replenishing skin with protective antioxidants and fatty acids. We love the formula’s lightweight, fast-absorbing feel.
I almost never break out or get bumps unless it's something I try on my mug for the first time. Sadly and frustratingly my skin ended up being bumpy for 2-3 days after sampling a bit on my cheeks. I have combo-dry skin and the best spot to try new products is my cheek area (normaly t-zone and dry cheeks) and oh boy. Smelled great, felt great at the moment - used at night since there's no spf then oh my I wake up to a bumpy cheek and it took about 2-3 days for it to go away so this was an unpleasant way of trying a sample.1
Even if this was the best moisturizer in the world, I couldn't get past the scent. The floral/rose smell is way too overwhelming for me and lingers on your face for a while. Not for anyone who is sensitive to products with strong scent.1
I have oily and sensitive skin, and I found that this product made my face more oily than moisturized. I also had a very hard time dispensing it from the sample bottle that it is in. Overall, I was disappointed, it is obviously a very nice product, it just was not ideal for my skin type.2
I loved this at first - it really does make your skin super soft, I loved the delicate rose sent, and the pump packaging is nice. I reviewed it highly after first sampling it. Then I used it in place of my usual moisturizer, twice a day every day...and it's definitely making me break out. I have about five tiny whiteheads and more on the way. Time to go into damage control...guess I've learned my lesson about reviewing skincare after only one try. :(2
As a moisturizer this is a good product. It goes on cleanly and leaves a fresh faced feeling. However, it smells *strongly* of roses, so your face smells all day long. Ugh. This could be great if it came in an unscented variety. Until then, no thanks!!2
This lotion feels great and smells amazing - down side, it makes me break out like you wouldn't believe. I received it as a sample in my Birchbox and I broke out after the first time I used it. I didn't want to instantly blame the product, so I gave it a couple weeks and retried it: same result.
If you have any kind of tendancy to break out or have sensitive skin, I definitely would NOT recommend Sampar Ultra Hydrating Fluid.
I do not like mixing up my skincare routine much because I have pretty sensitive skin, but I did try this out just in case I by chance found it to be amazing. I didn't. It has an overpowering smell which is a huge turnoff because I'm not a fan of putting fragrances onto my face. Also, I didn't feel much of a difference in the texture or look of my skin. Nothing special.2
I actually generally liked this lotion, but I found the smell to be really overpowering. It isn't unpleasant, but I'm just not someone who uses scented products. The smell followed me around for hours.2
I have very, very dry skin, and this product simply wasn't hydrating. Ten minutes after putting it on after I got out of the shower, I went back and applied some of my normal moisturizer.2
This sample was decent sized and had beautiful packaging, but I don't believe it's very cost effective. I didn't notice much of a difference between my skin after using it, and it has a strong perfumey smell that is overwhelming.2
