Highlighted and color-treated hair can easily become dry and damaged. Most color-specific products temporarily mask the problem, the haircare equivalent of slapping a band-aid on a gaping wound. Kérastase’s Bain Chroma Riche shampoo is different: the formula actually repairs texture to give you softer, healthier, and shinier hair. Not only will your tresses look more beautiful, but they’ll also smell amazing—a nice perk.
if this made my hair (fine and oily) more oily or if it is due to the hot New York City Summer. Either way I would have preferred a larger sample to try a bit more before committing to $38!2
I used the shampoo today and my hair feeps so amazing and looks great. My husband who is totally oblivious even mentioned it today. Normally that would make me jump on a product but that being said almost $40 is pretty steep for shampoo5
Love the samples i had of this product. I always saw it on the shelves but thought it was a bit pricey to just give it a try. I will be buying this product asap.5
This seems like just any other shampoo to me. There are so many awesome drug store brands out there, I can't see myself purchasing this repackaged drug store brand for the salon prices. Nice to sample, wouldn't ever buy.3
This shampoo did leave my hair soft, but did not anymore than multiple other products that I have used.3
Smells great, but I have dandruff and it really didn't help me with that.3
I was excited to try a Kerastase product, as they are highly regarded in many beauty outlets (magazines, blogs, etc...). A shampoo is a hard item to write rave reviews about, however, because most are pretty similar. One or two washes with a shampoo is not going to transform your hair. Instead, when I try new shampoos, I try to focus on how well I feel it is cleaning my hair, how much is required for a good wash, how it rinses out and how it smells. This shampoo in my opinion scored very high in each of these areas. The product was a clear gel like consistency, which made lathering quite easy. A quarter sized amount was all I needed to thoroughly clean my hair. It lathered well and rinsed out very easily. Many shampoos cling to the hair making it difficult to rinse out all of the product - that was not the case with this shampoo. The smell was faint but pleasant. I will definitely consider purchasing a full sized bottle of the shampoo. The only main drawback is the price, which is the main reason I did not give it five stars. But overall great product!4
I am a huge fan of Kerestase products, and this shampoo lives up to the Kerestase name. I particularly like the scent -- beautiful and clean.4
I really couldn't tell that this shampoo benefited my hair in a way that would make me spend the money for it. However, I have a hard time differentiating between shampoos. It's the conditioner that I'm very quick to judge. It does smell nice though.3
I liked the sample, but would never spend $38 on the full size. I honestly didn't find this to be of any higher quality than drug store shampoo.3
