Clipping or filing your nails in public is generally a no-no in our book, but with a tool this cute, we might just let it slide. Toss this mini-file in your bag to keep nails smooth and snag-free, no matter where your day takes you. Even if that means filing your nails on the subway.
The packaging and color of the files are cute to look at BUT...BUT they are made of poor quality. My sister and I were using them for our mani and they started to tear apart.2
Love the matchbox idea, but would love to have an itty bitty sleeve/case to carry just one or two..in a pocket or an itty bitty purse! Great for putting in a desk drawer, but don't need that many for 'on the go'. Also, difficult to take out of the box, and file paper was curling up off some of the boards at first open.2
Works fine, just no different than any other Emory board. Nothing unique about it. Would not buy this product for the money. Not a good value.2
This was included in my box, but I can't say I would ever buy them. They are fine enough, but a bit small.2
I got these bad boys in my monthly birchbox, and I was excited to try them. I feel like most nail files that I've tried either don't file enough or file way too much, so I was hoping to find a file that was that happy medium. These were not that happy medium. They fell closer to the "don't file enough" side of the spectrum.2
I love this brand, but this product is nothing more than a cute packaged set of nail files. I think it is nice that you can throw them in your purse for emergencies, but one lasts one use only. It bends and peels rather easily. Nice for emergencies though.2
It seems like I always break a nail right where no nail file could ever be found. This is a really great idea because it is compact and easy to carry around. It's a great alternative to carrying a large nail file around -- that's just unsightly and quite frankly, inappropriate. These, instead, are dainty and subtle if you need to use in public places and toss immediately after.
Though the files are small, they are actually quite durable for one time uses.
The only complaint I have is that the packaging makes it difficult to open and close the "matchbox", leading to a an exertion of effort and counteracting the point of being subtle.
These are cute, but not that great. I don't feel like they do a good job at the actual filing, but they are helpful for carrying in the purse.2
Although I love the Tweezerman brand, I do not use files at all. They are super cute and practical for travel, but I have never used anything like them before. I did try one, but again, no real need for them.2
I love the size and package but the file is smooth very quickly. They are only good for one use each if that2
