Clipping or filing your nails in public is generally a no-no in our book, but with a tool this cute, we might just let it slide. Toss this mini-file in your bag to keep nails smooth and snag-free, no matter where your day takes you. Even if that means filing your nails on the subway.
I absolutely loved it. I will be recommending it to friends and family5
it was fine but no big deal. One plus was that it was cuter than your average nail file. Not that into it.2
I thought it was nice to receive this, but I am a pretty bad nail biter so it wasn't really relevant to me. I don't really know much about nail files/quality of them.3
This nail file is very cute and I enjoy having it in my purse. It works about as well as you'd expect a foam nail file to work, no complaints.
I have used this product before and it's not one of my favorites because after one-two uses the harder side of the file disappears. The other thing is that it is made out of a bendable material- I prefer the hard files...But not bad for a file that I can stick into my purse in case of an emergency...4
Great to throw in your purse for nail emergencies! Looks cute too.5
I have weak, brittle nails that split and snag easily, so I always keep a file in my purse just in case (so much better than biting!). The Tweezerman filemate is just the right size for on-the-go nail care with two sides so you have the right tool for the job. The only drawback for me is the rougher side can be a bit too intense for my soft nails.4
If you are one of those people who are sensitive to dry paper things, and want to not grit your teeth and squirm while filing, buy a metal file. For some reason, I cannot use paper files, they absolutely make my skin crawl. Metal files don't do this, it's something about the paper ones!1
I've always admired Tweezerman products but rarely buy them because I think they're a little pricey. After testing this nail file out, I understand that the quality is great!
My only issue is that the description says it comes with a plastic case - did I miss something? I threw away whatever it came in. I don't remember it being anything resembling a case.
Threw this in my purse since the size worked well. Comes in handy when you need something small and is a great file!5
