Many products that promise to add volume simply dry hair out, leaving strands weakened and brittle. rahua Voluminous Conditioner breaks that mold by using organic and 100% natural lightweight moisturizers that infuse hair with body and bounce. This potent yet gentle formula is perfect for color-treated hair and smells of calming lavender and eucalyptus.
Didn't notice anything special about the product, and I did not care for the smell. It reminded me of black licorice. I prefer my hair products to smell clean and fresh.2
Good size sample. Has lavender as a main ingredient and I'm allergic...I did use it once before I realized and it didn't seem to do much for volume.2
I loved the smell of this product, but it didn't do a good job of conditioning my hair. I had to use a separate conditioner afterwards.2
If you don't already know, if your looking for healthier hair-conditioner is more effective than the shampoo. You need a condition than feels effective even in the shower like this one. However, for me i condition my hair first then shampoo and finally last time conditioning. And in my personal opinion that helps even more.4
Perhaps the conditioner was not suited for my hairtype; I have long hair, and the conditioner was too light to adequately moisterize it. To be fair, volumizing conditioner is usually on the lighter side.2
I did not notice any effect using this conditioner vs. a $5 bottle from my local drugstore. But what bothered me the most was the smell. I could not stand it. I can't even describe what the smell is..I realize it is all natural ingredients from the Amazon or something like that, but it was gross. I literally had to wash my hair three times to get this smell out of my hair.1
Much like the shampoo version, this conditioner had a nice thick texture and left my hair very soft. I couldnt deal with the chemical smell though.1
I was excited to try this conditioner but it just did not do the job. It left my hair tangled and I had trouble combing through it once I got out of the shower. As for volume... it did create more volume in my hair but only because it was tangled, which made it frizzy... so if you want to call frizz "volume" then sure, it works.1
This all natural line has completely changed my hair. I know that the smell is sort of odd but you get used to it and then it is addictive! You don't need to use much - just concentrate on the roots. I also recommend their shampoo - doesn't lather like usual so my stylist recommends washing twice. I swear- the damage of my hair has improved so much based on how it used to be with other non-natural shampoos/conditioners.5
I used this for the first time today since getting my box, and I'm really enjoying it. I like the scent and how my hair was feeling while washing. My hair tends to be on the dry side, so I could have used a bit more conditioning, but overall it was great.4
