Take a peek in any makeup artist's kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult Lait-Crème Concentre. This velvety, quick-absorbing moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn't practical?
I was very excited about using this product when I saw it in this months box. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. I have very sensitive skin so perhaps others did not have the same experience but after the first application my forehead broke out in dozens of little bumps.2
Received a sample of this in my January '16 birchbox and unlike most samples, I won't even be finishing this one. Mineral oil? No thanks. I'll stick with the serums I know and trust.2
I like using a richer moisturizer as a night cream and/or a supplement to my SPF daytime moisturizer for the drier areas of my skin, but this was was just too rich/greasy. I've tried European skin care products before with this same complaint so maybe this is something they like that I don't? For the time being I'll stick with what I'm currently using.2
This may be good for someone with VERY dry skin. I found it kind of sticky and felt like it sat on the surface of my face and didn't really sink in for a long time. Not my favorite.2
Nope not good. The texture was off. I would not purchase it . The package was too busy, difficult to understand what the product was.2
I liked this product until I noticed the mineral oil in the product. I try to stay away from this ingredient. I would consider buying this product if they remove it.2
It was too oily for me. My makeup did not stay fresh with this under it.2
This just made me sticky and oily. It did not seem to help anything2
His creme is very thick and sticky. I have very dry skin and was excited to try this product, but was disappointed when it cover my skin in a film.2
Tried this under my make up and it felt great at first. Couldn't read the packaging because it was in another language so that was kind of annoying. I'd like to read it in English. I liked the way it felt on my skin but later in the day I started to break out and I started to wonder if it was due to this product. Could just be coincidence, but I didn't do much else different so I'm inclined to think it was the culprit of my break out. I will not purchase again as its not worth it to break out again.2
