Take a peek in any makeup artist’s kit and you’ll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse’s cult Lait-Crème Concentre. Since we’re just as picky as the pros, you’d better believe we’re fans too. This velvety moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn’t practical?
hard to figure out how to use well. maybe would be better with instructions1
My skin is super sensitive and reacts to almost any new skincare products. I also have oily skin and this just seems to be too moisturizing for me.
I was surprised how creamy and moisturizing the product was, especially on my parched winter skin. (I live in WY, so it's dry dry DRY here all the time, and it's hard to find moisturizers that do the trick.)
However, as far as effectiveness as a primer, I wasn't impressed; no shine control, no real "hold" for my makeup, and nothing really primer-like that I noticed. My skin seemed a little greasier than normal by mid-morning, so it's not right for me.
Not sure a miracle occurred. I'll see in 24hrs if I notice any difference1
I must be one of very few who had a bad experience. Product seemed great until I woke up the next morning with a red, itchy, and swollen face. I've never had an allergic reaction to anything before. Maybe I just got a bad batch. Loved the way it moisturized before that happened.1
Not a bad product but, I keep getting all of these small face products in my box that I will never buy because the sample is so small I don't know if I even like it1
Although I have not used this product for very long, I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone. The sample I got in my Birchbox was tiny and I did not like the smell! I can't speak to the results, though, because I didn't use it after the first time I opened it...1
I've been running out of my LUSH moisturizer so I was happy to get one in my box. For one thing, the name freaks me out. What really makes me hate this moisturizer is that it's crazy greasy! It also broke me out :(1
I do not fully understand how or what to use this product on. It has so many uses on the package I don't know what to use it for. It is off-putting.1
I have pretty oily skin and this seemed to make it worse. I also didnt care for the smell1
