Take a peek in any makeup artist's kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult Lait-Crème Concentre. This velvety, quick-absorbing moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn't practical?
I put on after I cleansed my face before bed, and I woke up with big, sensitive, red pimples! It's been 5 days & they STILL won't budge ????1
It felt super greasy and just sat on top of my skin. I tried it 2 nights in a row, and each morning I woke up with new pimples. I hardly ever break out, so I won't use this again.1
Birch box needs to quit with the eye/ face creams. I don't see anything special with this one or any of them. I have so many samples like this one. To me it's a waste of product and plastic. The sample is not enough to be able to really see a difference and judge the product accordingly.1
There was really nothing I liked about this product. It was greasy but didn't leave my face feeling moisturized. It claims it's multi purposed, so I tried it as a makeup remover but that didn't work either. Unfortunately, this was a bust for me.1
I have combination skin and this just made me more oily/greasy! As stated in my profile, I have combination skin why would birchbox send me something that isn't helpful w my skin type. I will not purchase this product.1
This moisturizer went on and absorbed ok but after waiting a little bit and then trying to put on my makeup I realized it wasn't going to work. I have combination/oily skin and this just made it seem like an oil slick. I ended up washing it off and putting on my old moisturizer.1
I'm on day three of trying to recover from the horrible rash this product gave me. It inflamed my skin. It hurts when I was it and my skin feels like sandpaper. It says for "sensitive skin," but mine is actually too sensitive for this. The scent was also too much.1
I have said SEVERAL times that I do not want liquid face products in my box because I cannot use them. They break me out. This was no different. Since I got ONLY face creams in my box this month I wanted to be able to use something so I tried it. And after one use my skin was completely broken out. Who do I talk to about not getting liquid face products anymore.1
I received this product in my Feb birchbox and I did not like it at ALL. I generally cleanse my face with my clarisonic and moisturize with Clinique moisturizing gel (which is lightweight and keeps my skin very happy). I decided to try out this product for moisturizing instead, and instantly regretted it. It was really thick and greasy feeling, and after reading the bottle, totally not worth that feeling. It says it can be used as a moisturizing cream, except it only moisturizes the outer layers at most. You'd think a heavy moisturizer would penetrate a little bit deeper. I most likely will not finish this sample and will not be buying a full size.1
What is this really for? I'm still a bit confused. But, either way, I didn't like it. The sample size was small, and the scent was to floral for me. And I just didn't like the product. Not for me. Seems like just an added step that's not necessary or needed.1
