Take a peek in any makeup artist's kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult Lait-Crème Concentre. This velvety, quick-absorbing moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn't practical?
As soon as I tried the first dab, I knew this product would be too greasy and heavy for my combination, acne-prone skin, so I did not try to use it as an all-over face moisturizer. However, it worked well to remove my smeared eye makeup on the sensitive skin around my eyes. I was also a bit disappointed in the small size of this sample; will not be purchasing a full size in the future.3
I have combination skin that gets very dry in the winter. This isn't something I would use during the day (maybe really dry, cold days) but it has been great to use at night. I can see why some people would have a hard time with it though.4
I have been wanting to try this cream and I used the whole sample, gave me a few days worth. I like it and am considering adding it to my beauty routine.5
I do not know what to use this product for! I used it to touch up some dry spots on my face before I went to bed and it seemed to work well.4
I only used this product once, so I didn't really see much of a difference. I'm sure using this product longer would make a bigger impact.. I just haven't seen much of a difference as of now.3
I ran out of my moisturizer and used this in its place. While it really helped with my winter dry patches, it made the rest of my face feel greasy. If I bought this in the full size, I would only use it on my body and only for very dry spots.4
I thought this cream was OK. I have extremely sensitive skin and many creams immediately make my face turn bright red and it only gets worse from there. I had no troubles with this one. It felt fine and worked fairly well for straight moisturizing. I didn't notice any great changes from it, but no reaction counts for a lot for me. The one thing I disliked about it was the smell. It smells like an old French grandma.4
I have very dry skin so this product worked as a great moisturizer. It also does a fantastic job removing matte lipstick.4
I like to use this before I put my makeup on, it leaves my skin very moisturized and feeling smooth all day long.5
A little of this product went a long way in removing waterproof eye makeup. Does not require a lot of rubbing, which is great for the eye area. Left skin smooth and moitsurized on the rest of the face as well.4
