Take a peek in any makeup artist's kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult Lait-Crème Concentre. This velvety, quick-absorbing moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn't practical?
I have dry sensitive skin and I'm always on the hunt for the "perfect" face lotion-one that does the job but doesn't make my face sweat. I absolutely love this face cream. The texture is great, no weird scents, no reaction on my skin, and it lasts a long time. Absolutely recommend!5
While I love how my skin felt with this product the smell was awful.... a strong reason not to buy it.4
I love this cream! It is a part of my daily routine. So hydrating, plumping, and smooth! My makeup doesn't settle in creases with this. It doesn't have a smell that I'm aware of. It can be a lil heavy so a little goes a very long way!5
I love how fast this absorbs into your skin, and I love that it didn't leave my skin feeling greasy/slimy! worked perfectly under my make up for the day.5
As soon as I started to rub this product in I knew I loved it. Smooth, nearly odorless, and pairs perfectly with the rest of my "no makeup makeup," routine. I used it as a 2-in-1 primer/moisturizer. It dried nearly matte, instantly. No sheen, while leaving my face completely moisturized. Didn't need to apply primer after. Followed the moisturizer with a Glossier stretch concealer and haloscope. Helped with the dewy effect but I'm not SHINY at all 4 hours later :)5
I'm still considering this product. I like most lotions and this one is no exception. No funny smell or lingering oily feeling. Not sure that I got anything out of it other than moisture. Still using it though.3
This is a great moisturizer. I would consider buying it as a replacement to my current one.5
But if your face isn't super dry, don't go for this. I used it in the morning, which probably wasn't the best bet. I'd probably like it more if I used it before bed (which is when I wear heavier creams).3
How is this supposed to be a grand hydration moisturizer? It contains mineral oil, which causes break out, while giving the false sense of moisture.
Honestly, I receive better moisturizing from Perfectly Posh's Moisturizer 9-1-1, and it's not tested on animals.
This cream is okay but doesn't seem to do anything special. My other face creams work just as well, if not better.3
