Take a peek in any makeup artists kit and you'll spy a well-loved tube of Embryolisse's cult Lait-Crème Concentre. Since we're just as picky as the pros, you'd better believe were fans too. This velvety, quick-absorbing moisturizer gives skin the ultimate silky finish, thanks to generous amounts of soothing shea butter and aloe vera. Plus, it doubles as a makeup remover, post-shave soother, and all-over body lotion. Who says beauty isn't practical?
I liked it. My makeup stayed on well. & my fave didn't feel dry at all during the day or oily. Only thing I did t care for was how it felt after I applied it. But once my makeup was on it didn't bother me at all.4
I like this product but don't love it. I like that it absorbs quickly into the skin but found it difficult to spread around quick enough.4
This was an interesting texture. Got the job done, but I wouldn't invest in the full size!3
Works great as a substitute for a primer. It makes my skin so soft and smooth. Will buy this soon!5
I applied this cream to my face before I put my makeup on and it made my makeup apply better and gave my face a glow!! I purchased this product after receiving the sample because I absolutely love the way it made my skin look and feel!5
It make my skin very very soft! It also smelled very good. Would recommend to a friend, thinking about purchasing it!5
This was a great sample in my box! I already use a similar product but this one may replace my current one!5
I never lotion my face because it usually makes me sweat sooo much, so I was hesitant about trying. I put on after my morning shower, waited some time before I applied my make-up over. I like the way it feels and it actually made my make-up look better for some reason. I have not seen price of this, but I hope it's not too expensive because I would love to purchase.
I have been buying this cream in Paris and am so happy Birchbox carries it now! It leaves my skin silky and smooth and now I have an awesome travel size!5
It was a great moisturizer for my skin, though I don't think it would work well for someone with oily skin - it is kind of heavy. Perfect for the cooler weather, though. As for being a good base for foundation, I didn't see evidence of that claim. I haven't tried to use it as a make up remover simply because of the small sample size - I'll just stick to using it at night time as my moisturizer before bed.4
