Received this sample, after trying it several times, I've concluded it's not for me. It feels like hair gel on my eyelids and my eye makeup chunks up over it. I wait sufficient time after applying to let it dry. Just does not agree with my eyelids!
This product is a disaster for me! When I put it on, I can't blend my shadow the way I'm used to. It does keep the shadow from flaking off, but in all the summer humidity it started gumming up in the crease of my eyelid and looked just awful! I would rather reapply vanishing eyeshadow any day. However, I gave the rest of mine to a girlfriend and she loved it. I could see using this if you line your eyes in shadow and want it to stay put, but I will not. Spray works much better.
I must be the odd man out because the reviews sounded great about this product. I have to disagree though. I felt like it was plaster of paris on my eyes and made my skin look old. When I tried to wash it off it was very difficult because it stuck like glue and not in a good way and ended up having to redo my whole face. Maybe I put on too much, I don't know, but this product definitely did not work for me. Sorry.
This product dried my eye area. Not a good feeling. Later in the day my eyelids started itching from being too dry.
I had high hopes for this product but after only about an hour, my eyeshadow already started creasing. I used it three times and it creased every time. Definitely not impressed.
I liked this product at first, but it seems to separate into a greasy, thin liquid. It comes in a tube so you can't easily shake it. Would not recommend.
I wasn't a fan of this product, it went on like a lotion. I prefer my primer to be more tacky than anything.
Really who wants one more step in their makeup routine. Add the product to eyeshadow and I would be interested. But another step - no thanks. I would rather touch up after 8-10 hours, if needed.
I have found that I like other lid primers much better. This liquid took longer to dry and I didn't feel like it helped keep my eye makeup in place.
I didn't notice a difference in the way my eye shadow went on after using this product. I have another product that works much better.
